I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid a similar disappointment. I went to this salon expecting high-quality, professional service based on their website, but that's not what I received. After my appointment, my hair looked terrible--only part of my highlights was done, despite paying for full highlights. On top of that, the color of the bangs and the entire forehead was completely wrong. I asked for a light blonde and showed a photo of the color; they said they could do it. However, the bangs and the whole forehead ended up with a muted, reddish tone that didn't even match the rest of the highlights they did. The highlights on my bangs and forehead were a mess, likely due to improper processing. I wish I could post photos here to show how unprofessional it looks. It felt more like I went to a "Clipper" than a high-end salon for $320. I strongly wish I had never picked them; I'm extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I won't be returning, and I'd advise others to think twice before booking here!

I'm always willing to give folks a chance, but she failed to listen to my husband regarding his haircut. He did not want clippers used, except at the neckline - scissor cut preferred. She used clippers everywhere. He said an inch off the top, she left an inch and cut off four inches. His hair hasn't been this short since basic training. He won't need a cut for a year, but he won't be going back to Liisa. Try someone else.
