We talked at length about all my different options for achieving the high-dimension, low-maintenance blonde I wanted... including balayage, foils, root tap/shadow/melt, money piece, etc. and finally settled on a plan that would match the ook I was going for without damaging my hair too much. Lauren was honest with me from the get-go about what she did and didn't feel comfortable doing in terms of maintaining the integrity of my hair (we skipped bleaching the ends for that reason), which I really appreciated. From the moment she started painting to the toner and blowout/styling, it was clear that she *really* cares about her work, as well as the client's satisfaction. And I truly don't think the tone of my blonde has ever looked better! Not to mention, Lauren's sweet, friendly, accommodating presence makes for a really pleasant experience all around.
