I received a phone call back from the owner Diva and an Instagram message reply within 10 minutes. I shared a bit of an update on what I was looking for as far as services. Diva patiently took the time to explain what services she provided, and offered to schedule me in for a visit. I To was seen the next day (9/5-holiday). Although, their schedule was extremely busy and there was no availability to book online. She accommodated my schedule and got me in. My experience from the moment I walked in was exceptional. As a customer I look for high-quality but also customer oriented professionals. Exactly what I received during my visit, during my checkout, I expressed how great the services were and how pleased I was. I asked to schedule five more visits, with an interested to continue receiving services. This is a one stop shop. Throughout the years I have received different types of services; anywhere for mircoblading, lash extensions, laser treatments, body massages, etc. Of course from different spas and professional. As I continue to explore search for professionals-five star services, I have finally found a spa that I will continue to receive services from. This one stop shop where I believe I will get all the services I need and more. Ody M was one of the staff there that i saw for my first visit! Very engaging experience and professional. Highly recommend her! I met with Alex, another staff member there. Great conversation on recommendations of his camouflage micro pigmentation services. Please know, he's a Microblading specialist! Follow them on Instagram great photos of their work! Meeting with Naomi in a few days, so looking forward to learning more about her areas of expertise. Great location, Designated parking lot for customers, clean, organize, and sanitary. Reasonable prices! By far the best prices I've seen with high level of services. Can't beat that! Please don't hesitate to give them a call of them up. Two spa locations, Westford, mass and Methuen, mass. Respectfully, Rachel!

Multiple appointments and...I anticipated more (I had a vison) . Before I knew it..the BEST cut turned into the worst crap on my head ...in one appointment my entire life flashed before my eyes (not the first appointment but the THIRD.) OK (is what it is) so it was a super bad cut and a massacre of a dyeing mess. She wanted something "quick" she charged me for a better (longer) service, She got out early, and.Im stuck with something that might resemble hair-but really looks like urine-yellow straw, and I was charged the same for a three hour job. Ill get over it (in about 6 mos), however, why do I have to get over it? Dont book an appointment and you wont have to suffer this experience. Do NOT do it. Unless you are over 80 (then go for it) and trying to get your money back from these people? When they offered a refund? yep....possibly a paper check.. they ask you to come IN to pick it up. They are inconceivably non electronic. (they kept my money , I was happy to have them just shut up) My experience: stay away. You will not get any satisfaction No one in this business listens. Least of all the stylist.... in one day...she destroyed 3.5 mos of appointments, money, time and trust. ZERO

One can imagine the awkwardness of the first brazilian wax, yes? Well yeah it was for me (back then), but she's used to that and made me feel completely comfortable about it. Shes a great conversationalist which makes the time spent there well worth it and hey, now it's not weird! She has a list of services offered and I think she can host spa parties there. I receive the monthly e-mails which are good for the specials or new products. I only go for the Brazilian wax but wouldn't imagine going anywhere else for this service because she knows me and makes me feel comfortable about the situation so it's awesome! It's not that painful either, worth a shot! I tried it once and I keep going back!
