Service is decent. The wait time can be long depending on the time you go there. Only two stylists were there during weekend. Not completely satisfied by the haircut done. They deal with the razors and only go by the numbers. No customization or use for shears. It wasn't very clean either. Didn't notice after the cut but later came to our attention after the bath. Also they charge $25 for kids under 13. Didn't feel it's worth it for the money and especially the service we received. May find alternatives.

Really bad experience. I made an appointment for a perm, but I don't think appointments matter…read more When I came in, I said I had an appointment, but he just asked me what I wanted and said he could do it. When he asked me if I wanted big rods or small, I showed him a picture of the kind of curls I wanted and asked him which rods would give me that result. He chose bigger rods. He washed my hair not checking to see if the water was warm, so he was using freezing cold water until it warmed up. He then combed my hair with a fine toothed comb starting from the roots just ripping through when it hit a tangle which happened often since he didn't use conditioner when he washed my hair. Maybe perms take better with not conditioner? But then you need to brush it with a brush gently starting at the bottom. He seriously ripped out a lot of hair and it was pretty painful. The perm went fine, he put it in curlers, applied the perm treatment, and let it sit under the dryer to set. When that was done, he rinsed it out. But then he scrubbed it really rough with the towel. I thought you were supposed to be gentle with freshly permed hair, but I still figured he knew best. So I tried to trust the process and didn't say anything when he roughly combed it with a fine toothed comb again (ouch!), and then proceeded to BLOW DRY MY HAIR. Not with a diffuser or anything. He never scrunched the curls. He used a blow dryer and his fingers to comb through my hair while drying it and when he was done, it was COMPLETELY STRAIGHT. I think I was in shock, I just kept saying, "Ummm, it's straight!" He said it was because I asked for big rods, but I didn't, I only showed him a picture of what I wanted and the picture was curly hair. Then he tried to say it didn't take because my hair was too healthy?? Finally he said he wouldn't charge me and to come back tomorrow and he would do it again with smaller rollers. I was in shock and pretty upset, so I just left. When I got home, I got in the shower to wet my hair and try to reactivate the curl. I scrunched it up and did get some waves, but they're pretty loose and uneven with straight sections. I think if he had been more gentle with the curls after the perming process and not blow dried it straight (seriously, WTF?) it might have been fine. I have no idea why a stylist would give a perm and then rip through it with a find toothed comb and proceed to blow dry it straight, but here we are. Lots of damage to my hair just to have it slightly wavy and uneven with lots of straight sections.

She washed my hair, then cut it to my desired length when wet, leaving it 1-2 inches shorter than I wanted. She then gave me some layers, added product, told me my funny curly spots were postpartum hair growth (my youngest is almost 6), that I should "give it a minute", slapped a Bobby pin in, told me it was cute and then got her phone so I could pay.
