It's a great deal for this new line of Platinum from J BH. J Beverly Hills is just one line offered at Anneke's and it has never let me down. I love the stuff so I am always eager to try whatever new item they have out. Anneke's stylists aren't married to a certain line and will customize their recommendation to your needs, not their products. They do carry other lines as well; it's just me that is partial. I usually see Jen F, but this visit was with Ellen. Jen F has been my go stylist for years - from trims, to color, to special occasions (my wedding) and the after wedding chop. The treatment process with Ellen took about 45 mins and the results were fantastic! Ellen was very knowledge, pleasant and welcoming for my first time in her chair. I took along a girlfriend and we had a great experience. Even if you don't get a cut every month, this treatment is something we will consider getting regularly. I was comfortable the minute I walked in. I did not have an appointment but I was taken care of within about 10 min of getting there. I've been seeing her for a few months now and I have been more than happy with her work every single time. She is observant, listens, and remembers. Which is impressive given that I'm sure she works with an extensive client base. Everything she has recommended for me has been spot on, from cuts to products. She's also as kind as it gets and works very hard to create a safe, inclusive, and aesthetically pleasing space for anyone and everyone. I also recently lost my old stylist and needed to find a new one. I went to Jennifer for a cut and balayage. When I arrived, there was another client who she was finishing up with. She had it timed perfectly so I never felt like I was waiting for her to finish something with the other person. I felt like she was very attentive to my comfort, checking on me to move foil around and out of my face. She is very easy to talk to, but also is comfortable with silence. I didn't feel like I had to keep chatting unless I wanted to. I really appreciated this quality as some stylists just make me feel exhausted when I leave from all the talking. She uses high quality products and her salon has a clean and modern design. I was actually comfortable at the sink when she washed my hair. Pretty much every salon sink I have ever used has given me a sore neck. I was and still am very happy with my hair. I seriously felt amazing when I walked out with the styling she did. She asked me what I was wearing, suggested a couple things, and we agreed on a style. It looked awesome, not too "done" and not too messy.
