To say that I'm disappointed in the treatment that I received is an understatement. First, I…read moreexplained to the aesthetician that my eyelash tint only lasted a few days the last time to which she responded that it must be bc of using oil based makeup remover (she didn't tell me to change anything or keep from any certain products before & I don't use oil based makeup remover). Then upon putting the lash tint on, I told her that it burned and felt as if something was in my eye. She handed me a fan and said that I "blinked too much" & to keep the fan on. I said a few minutes later that it was burning both eyes and that I was concerned. My eyes were watering at this point. She responded "just 3 more minutes". I then told her that something was wrong and I needed it off my eyes bc the pain was unbearable. She finally removed the dye. When I was able to open my eyes, it was clear that something was wrong. My contacts were completely brown. There was dye in both eye. I was again told that it was bc I blinked & then that it was bc of contact lenses. She took NO accountability. She DID NOT even apologize. I explained to her that it was dangerous bc I had to drive home without my contacts & she responded "this is not a new service, it happens sometimes with lenses". This experience costed me $50. My eyelashes were NOT completely tinted, my eye brows were threaded but only half way tinted. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RETURN.

Aren't arms a part of your body? Stomach? Anyways, she came out with patches of hair still left on her and her private area was RAW. The skin was so inflamed and there are literally tears in her skin in that area. This is nowhere near close to her first time getting this area waxed, so she has experienced what it should be like. Even 5 hours after the procedure she is still in pain and can barely touch the area. The technician went over the same areas over and over and that is a huge no-no regarding waxing. Overall, terrible experience at this particular place and will not be returning. We'll just stick to our old place which is more expensive, but you get what you pay for in quality and results.

She didn't look well and spent the whole time talking about her health issues. She spent so much time talking she forgot to cut and layer around my face. She cut the back told me she was done and I was like you didn't finish the cut. There was definitely something going on with her. I went back one more time because the first time she was great. But she was even more ill at that point and I told her I was going to cancel and I didn't go back. This is not any bad review about the actual salon. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Not worth the price for that type of service. I am sure the other stylists are fabulous but I moved on. I hope she is okay. This was last year that it happened. I switched to a different salon.
