Aren't arms a part of your body? Stomach? Anyways, she came out with patches of hair still left on her and her private area was RAW. The skin was so inflamed and there are literally tears in her skin in that area. This is nowhere near close to her first time getting this area waxed, so she has experienced what it should be like. Even 5 hours after the procedure she is still in pain and can barely touch the area. The technician went over the same areas over and over and that is a huge no-no regarding waxing. Overall, terrible experience at this particular place and will not be returning. We'll just stick to our old place which is more expensive, but you get what you pay for in quality and results.

I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting.
