She was too busy worrying about that she…read morewas going to order for lunch to notice that she Over processed the hair around my face and my bottom layer of hair, which is now broken off, but seemed to under process the other hair on my head somehow--it's brassy as hell. And for the love of god don't let her touch your lashes. She completely ruined my natural lashes with her crappy lash lift(who trained you?!). I had to have them redone PROFESSIONALLY by someone else. I cried and cried when I got home from the salon. Not to mention the facility itself is quite run down and smells of musk and mold. Please save yourself some time and money and go to someone who cares about the integrity of their work.

After my review I saw how another girl got her hair chopped off by same person!!! Amanda does not need to be cutting hair at all!!!! I asked for blond came out w Browm - she is so unprofessional not only did she not dry my hair before I left - never had a salon not dry my hair - but her response to my hair not being blond was " as days goes by it will get blonder." Like what? Dumbest thing I ever heard and what a scam ! The owner of this shop saw what she did and ONLY tried to cover up her mistakes - girls - guys - save ur money and ur hair - my hair was thick and beautiful- now I hardly have any.
