Candi provided an outstanding eyebrow touch-up experience. She was ready when I arrived, offered refreshments, and made me feel welcome. The salon and treatment room had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that made the appointment even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Candi and the salon for anyone seeking professional service and a little self-care. read more

The manager was inattentive and almost rude, and the establishment seemed discriminatory. We requested a wash and styling service, but they burned our hair, and we left feeling completely unsatisfied with the overall experience. read more

Worst experience ever. Went to get a perm, asked for tight curls, spent 4 hours total in the chair. Stylist did not talk to me at all only asked "is this your first perm" to which I replied with "yes". (To note: I read up on perms and the process before going, every video I watched said the stylist does not wet the hair after product is in.) the stylist washed my hair about 3-4 times after product was in. She was not very gentle and pulled at my hair quite a lot. She even grieved at my scalp multiple times to pull my head back. She was not careful with the water and got my back soaking wet and did not even notice. I am a 17 year old girl I am shy and did not say anything to embarrass her but this was horrible. After, she put around 10 products in my hair so I got a headache from all the different and strong smells. At the end it looked horrible and did not show any curls. She said nothing the whole appointment and charged me $80. I called the owner when I got home and consulted with my parents (my mom has had a professional perm done) and the owner ignored me blatanly asking for a refund multiple times. She said to send me pictures to which I did and told me to wait 2 weeks and then she will see. To which I told her I don't want to wait two weeks, she schedule me an appointment for 3 days later to say she will look at it. My hair is damaged and dry. She said the "reason" it did not take was because the stylist said AFTER I left my appointment that she noticed bleach in my hair from years ago and the owner told me that they do not perm bleached hair, Howveer the stylist did not ask me that question at all (the owner agreed she messed up and still refused a refund). Horrible and ruined my hair. Please reconsider this place. Owner is now saying I am lying, However my whole family that saw me 10 minutes after appt knows the truth and that I am not lying. Owner is refusing refund and responsibility for my hair that is now ruined. read more

They messed up my low taper fade. I am a black male and upon entering and asking for a cut, they said they can do it. I have 4c type hair and I am now in disgust as they treated me poorly, used the wrong kind of clippers, and would not talk to me the whole time. Charged me $40 and would not even talk to me about a refund. Horrible service and I felt very unwelcomed. read more

Exceptional service, quality, and atmosphere! Emma, bless you for the excellent work you did on my hair and the shampoo was heavenly!

I requested just a haircut, and it was amazing!! She did exactly as i asked and i absolutely love my haircut. I told her to keep the length, but i still wanted layers and thats exactly what she did. Also the music they have was a vibe. Angela is incredible!!! Thank you so much! I've never loved my hair more and i will definitely be returning. read more

horrible experience. my lashes started falling out in two days, and they were unwilling to fix them, unless I was willing to pay the full price again. Buyer beware. Yes they were very pretty at first. But then they just started falling out in chunks. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to get our haircut before we went on a trip. Called and they were able to fit us in no problem. My hair is naturally somewhat curly and they helped trim my hair to better suit its texture. Prices were fair and they did a good job for both my and my boyfriend. I'd definitely go again. Everyone was super friendly and nice, while I waiting for my boyfriend I chatted with one of the other beauticians. read more

I love to come here for a shampoo and blow dry! Everyone I have ever used has been excellent.

I've been here twice now. The first time a man did my hair, I left with something I did not ask for. I decided to give them another try, this time a new stylist, again left with something I did not ask for. They have the tendency to pressure you into doing something "they" think will look better. And if you are someone with anxiety, you'll tend to just keep your mouth shut and let it happen. They also talk very loudly to each other about personal things & other co workers who aren't present, which makes me uncomfortable. All in all, I'm a good person and I tipped well, but they won't be seeing me again. read more
