I returned on 4 Aug 2017, signed in, was acknowledged by the staff, and sat down for a 20 minute wait. A couple came in after me and signed in, no appointment. The staff finished with their current customers and then proceeded to sit the two people that came in after me. Had I not gotten up and left, they would have not noticed they skipped me twice. Terrible customer service and the haphazard sign in system gives rise to these kinds of mistakes. Stop being so fixated on getting people's phone numbers and email addresses and make sure your customers are taken care of. Customer service, in my opinion is an afterthought at HairMasters and because of that, I will not return and I urge others to seek another, better place to go.
