They don't put care into their work. They don't cut your cuticles or the skin around your nail and they don't push any skin back- they just paint over it. I made a 5:15 appointment and by the time I was done it was 6:30 and they only let me dry for about less then minutes. Today I was looking at my nails and I already have a small chip....one day after. Won't be going back here.

I have been going here for several years and have always been very satisfied with the haircuts I've received from Albina and Dhurata who have been here for as long as I've been coming. I specifically asked for a wash and blowout because I had to pick up my daughter and grab groceries afterward. I did NOT want rollers because I was already sitting there waiting longer than I expected. Somehow, my request apparently needed a committee meeting. But the best part? While I'm sitting there, the stylist starts talking in Spanish about how she thinks I'm trying to get my hair done quickly so I can leave without paying. Ma'am... WHAT? First of all, I paid. Second of all, I never said I wasn't paying. And third... you picked the wrong customer to have that conversation around because I understand Spanish. Then she gets me in the chair to blow out my hair and continues her conversation in Spanish, talking about smoothies. I casually said, "Yeah, coconut milk is better." The way her face changed... PRICELESS. Listen, speak whatever language you want. I have absolutely no issue with that. But if you're going to have conversations about your customer while the customer is sitting right there, maybe make sure the customer doesn't understand what you're saying first. I paid my $85, got my hair done, and left. But the actual service was overshadowed by the attitude, the unnecessary assumptions, and the disrespect. The $85 was expensive. The entertainment was free. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing either again.

I arrived early so I waited over 30 minutes to be seen, not acceptable. I'm not sure if this was the result of double booking, but the stylist did had other people during my appointment time. Blow dry was good, haircut was okay not exactly what I requested, it was cut too short and no curtain bangs as I asked for. Maybe I did not communicate correctly that I wanted to keep my hair long with short curtain bangs. Overpriced, $80 dollars for a cut and blow dry. Not recommended.

I cant remember her name but she's the one that seems to speak English the best. That's who did my pedicure. maybe she's the owner I'm not sure. But the moment she asked me if I was getting spa treatment added and I declined her whole mood changed. And that should've been the first red flag but because I came here before I didn't really think anything of it. my pedicure was rushed And I mean rushed the quickest pedicure I've ever had lol. Like 30 minutes and even then I feel like I'm being generous. a lady next to me who got gel French as well with NO spa treatment, we were seated at the same time, started at the same time and I was done before her. My pinky toe was cut extremely short to where it looked like a had no toe nail and just my skin was painted. At first glance the pedicure looked okay. But two hours after I left the buisness I go home and the gel was peeling clean off my toes. All I did after the pedicure was pick up groceries and my children. I've been getting gel French pedicures for the past 15 years and never experienced this anywhere. there was gel in the cracks of my toenail that were peeling and cracking and I knew if I peeled it all the gel on my toes would come off with it. And after that I really examined my pedicure. By my cuticle on my big toe wasn't even painted 3/4 of my toe was done and I didn't even think that was possible. my toenails were round instead of square and were different shapes and uneven . I gave the lady a $15 tip on top of paying $70 for a pedicure ONLY. Because as I said I've been here before and received good service. I called the establishment and the woman who answered that I'm pretty sure was the one who did it just said sorry and hung up . No type of resolution, no offer to fix it, NOTHING. just took my money . If I were anybody I would pick a different establishment for a spa mani pedi treatment and I am moving forward. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE. I literally peeled it off and had to except I got jipped $100. After reading other reviews a lot of other customers experienced similar things as me as well recently.
