The pedicure was actually great -- the guy who did it did an awesome job and I was really happy with that part of the service. Unfortunately, my experience with the rebase was very different. The tech didn't greet me or say much at all during the appointment. He filed my nails down way too much, leaving them extremely thin and uneven, and the acrylic powder he used was a completely different color than what I originally had from my previous stylist. When I asked for a simple blue French tip with a glitter border, he initially wasn't even going to put a base coat, which would have made the two different acrylic colors visible. When I asked about it, he seemed annoyed. He did one nail for the French tip and asked if it looked okay. I politely asked if the tip could be a little thicker, but he barely adjusted it and immediately motioned for me to put my hand in the curing light. At that point I didn't feel comfortable continuing to correct him because he seemed offended by feedback and wasn't really listening. I ended up leaving pretty unsatisfied. When I got home and looked at my nails more closely, I also noticed that a couple of them were extremely crooked and I actually had to fix them myself. My husband even wanted to go back so they could fix it, but honestly I was already frustrated and didn't want to sit there another two hours to have it redone. The pedicure was great, but unfortunately the rebase experience left me disappointed. I included what I asked for and what I walked out with.

First of all, they were warm and friendly. In such a good mood. All the techs were laughing and having a good time. I don't want this to come out wrong but they were all english speaking. So you weren't wondering if they were secretly talking about you. (Is that just me? Yes? Ok) Lol. I've been back a couple of times since and although there have been gaps of time in between, they remember me. So great! The space is clean and accommodating. I got the most expensive pedicure available at the time (#TreatYoSelf) as I was in town for a wedding and wanted to do something a little luxurious. After tax it was $75. Yes Natural Nail Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY but if there's no appointments available you can always try checking the following day (that's what I did; I checked on a Wednesday with no luck and then when I looked again on Thursday there suddenly was a Friday appointment available). I payed separate last visit for my daughters mani, then I paid for my fill and pedicure the total for my mani & pedi alone was 162... I checked the receipt but like I said it doesn't specify what you got. On a good note I love my nails I came and saw Trinity 3 weeks ago and thankfully I got to reschedule with her a second time. He is very precise and checks multiple times to ensure the nails are as perfect as can be. I love the shape! The massage chairs are very nice and the salon has a positive vibe every time I go.
