Keeping hair bright blonde while maintaining hair health is not easy, and Michelle does both. I had a very disappointing experience with Jenn. My hair ended up much shorter than we had…read morediscussed, and the color pulled a significant amount of copper despite my specifically requesting that any red tones be toned down. What was most frustrating was that when I expressed my concerns, I felt like they were dismissed rather than addressed. Throughout the appointment, Jen seemed distracted, and I never felt that she was truly listening to what I wanted. As the appointment went on, I also felt that she became frustrated when I spoke up about the results. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unheard. I don't know whether she was having a bad day, was distracted by other things, or if this is her usual approach with clients, but the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Called the salon after reading the few reviews on this page. Ling accommodated a same day…read moreappointment for me (literally 10 minute notice!) I needed to refresh my layers and wanted to keep my length as much as possible. Ling is efficient and doesn't waste your time; she was not only thorough in determining what I wanted in my cut, but she also explained why she cut the way she did (ex. she explained that adding more layers might lead to unwanted frizziness in my hair). The haircut was quick like I needed, but that didn't stop Ling from talking with me and having great conversation. I felt very welcomed, relaxed, and left feeling great about my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon and I will definitely be back. One thing I will mention is that this establishment is cash or check only. I think they would be even better if they accepted card or if they had a Venmo/paypal account for customers that don't have cash on them readily. This wasn't a big issue and Ling was more than understanding, but I think this would benefit the business and provide more convenience for clients. Definitely check this salon out!
