I booked at Xeno with Laura and she did a awesome job, the best part was I payed way less then I'm use to, she was fast (I hate sitting there for hours) and I love my color and cut. She did exactly what I asked for. I'm very picky but Laura was great. I totaly recommend her, The other customers getting thier hair done seemed to be return customers (over hearing conversations) which to me is a great sign that the others are good at there Job too.

I have previously had massages here, but I hadn't been in about a year. Wow! I had heard they were under new management, and it really shows. New decor. Everything in good shape. The women at the front reception desk were super nice. Two people apologized to us that one of the nail techs was running behind, and they checked on us while we were waiting (and it was seriously only maybe a 10 minute delay!). I appreciated that we weren't left wondering and waiting. My only suggestion would be direction for where to put our winter coats. We ended up throwing them over the back of our pedicure chairs, but some hooks would have been easier. Not even a complaint though! Really happy too with my pedicure. Nothing felt rushed. Both techs were super friendly and did a perfect job. We chatted away, and they offered us drinks a couple of times. A+, will definitely be back!

She consulted me at length before beginning the cut and color to make sure I was 100% confident in my decision. She made sure to educate me on the pros and cons for the health of my hair, rather than just upselling for herself. She even took the time at the end of the session to teach me fun and quick ways to put my hair up on days not washed. She is extremely personable and I LOVE my color. I don't know how to properly book two individual services under one person for the same time. So if I did it again, I'd either call and TALK or go in person to book. They begin with an analysis of the scalp, which includes a pretty intense camera. Reminded me of YouTube videos of ingrown hair removal or pimple popping, and I was there for it! The actual service was relaxing. If I went in again, I'd opt for a blow dry afterwards. But, I was just going home directly after. To fully relax, I'd recommend comfy clothes--not stiff jeans or what have you. You'll wind up removing everything above the waist and they give you a wrap robe. If I could wish for one thing with the service I had, it would be a true scalp and head massage. Like, really get in there and squeeze my brain. lol Will I be back? Yes. Will I do things differently?
