I went there for a color correction and balayage. Destini did a phenomenal job! I gave her hair that was multiple tones of red and in two sessions she turned me into a beautiful blonde that is not only stunning but also will blend so beautifully with my natural color. I'm so glad I found a new salon I love. The products they use also are so nourishing for the hair. You know when you go to the salon and your hair feels great for about a day or two then it starts to loose it's luster. These products don't do that you will have great shine and health to your hair. So much so I purchased some to prolong the health of my hair. If you are looking for a new salon or think you need a drastic change I wouldn't hesitate to go to Artemis.

Leaving an update to remember that after thousands of dollars for hair services i am still sitting…read morehere waiting patiently for this permanent color to grow out! Probably another year an a half wait. Still angry at this salon for their deception. Imagine being lied to about what was being used on your hair. They never talked about hair goals or what they were trying to achieve never listened. Just chopped and dyed permanent color with each application leaving me with years if permanent color build up which has grown out brassy. Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. ! There are no shortage of salons in the area and there is no reason to be loyal to a place that charges you a fortune and deceives you!

The absolute worst hair salon! My hair is completely ruined! The owner is not an expert and I made…read morethe mistake of listening to her recommendation of a "loose perm" which completely-100%-damaged my hair! Knowing my hair was damaged the owner suggested deep conditioning treatments at the salon's expense. Needless to say, these deep conditioning treatments did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. I took my time to visit the salon, receive the deep conditioning treatments, and again, at the recommendation of the owner, slept with the leave-in treatment in my hair overnight and my hair still remained damaged. Nothing Jolie Rain offered corrected the damage to my hair. Please do yourself a favor and find a different hair salon! Update: The owner, Lauren, telephones and leaves a voice mail message profusely apologizing and promises to send a check. Lauren asks that I please send her my address. I mail Lauren a letter with my mailing address and never receive a check. Shame on you Lauren/Jolie Rain Hair Salon - Bad business!

A little over 2 years ago I went elsewhere to have my hair dyed into a pink balayage (tried to test a local salon to me) and after over 7 hours my hair was wrecked, and not the right color at all. Joanna saved my hair! Literally offered to give me what I wanted or discussed my options financially too. I decided let's do blonde cause I've never done it. She warned me it was a slow journey to do it in a healthy manner that would maintain the integrity of my hair. I've never been happier with my hair.
