But on a more serious note, this is my go to place where they carry most of the brands I work with. The manager is extremely helpful and nice, it's quite rare to see anybody loyal in retail for this long to know the store inside and out and recognize their customers. Most stores are busiest on weekends, funny thing is that this store is busiest on weekdays when most hairstylists are off. They are open early enough to drop in before work if you need an emergency item the day off, but I recommend ordering online if you're going to do a huge inventory since you'll probably get hit the minimum for free shipping and more likely everything will be available ordering directly from the warehouse. I was also able to get an extra 10% off just by signing up, which made it an even better deal. When I walked in, I was seated pretty quickly. There isn't really a designated stylist assigned to you it's more whoever is available at the time, so everything moves pretty efficiently and feels a bit more on-the-clock. I was able to get someone right on schedule, and she colored my hair pretty quickly and smoothly. Afterward, someone else washed my hair, and then I actually blow-dried my own hair, which was definitely a first for me since I've always had a stylist do it. That said, since the price is so affordable and they mainly specialize in hair color services, I honestly didn't mind doing the blow-dry myself. They also had a bunch of products available for people to use while styling. Overall, I would definitely come back for a quick color retouch. But for the small percentage of peeps that are in the industry, Salon Services is a nice option from Salon Centric or Cosmoprof. They carry Pulp Riot for fashion color and Brazilian Blowout which my salon does a ton!!! The products and brands are on the higher end, I dig the Kevin Murphy wax because of the packaging, but buying it for $20 a piece before tax means that I have to sell it for at least $35 to make any sort of profit which I'll have trouble trying to justify why it is costing more than the haircut itself, it's sad that men just aren't willing to spend that much on a tiny puck of product for their hair(note: if you end up dating me, I will require you to style your hair everyday) muhahaha.
