In recently trying to order OSEA products to be sent as a gift, I was finally able to access the "Gift" option after two days and 5+ email exchanges (somehow, the gift option was initially unavailable and the agent was unable to assist manually). While the gift was delivered, it still failed to have a successful gift card included. Instead, a partial card was included with part of the message and my name excluded (please see attached photo). Instead of receiving a thoughtful note explaining the gift, my friend had to awkwardly engage her family members to help figure out the "mystery" of receiving a random gift. When I returned to the initial email chain to express my disappointment, it was explained to me that the site "typically" doesn't do that and that the issue would be escalated. I am disappointed to have spent $130+ for a luxury skin care product gift package and have the initial impact of the gift completely lost on the recipient as well as no further offer of support or follow up (i.e.: offereing to reach out to the recipient to apologize, etc.).
