I love OSEA products however the systems that facilitate and process the sale, also must provide a quality experience. In recently trying to order OSEA products to be sent as a gift, I was finally able to access the "Gift" option after two days and 5+ email exchanges (somehow, the gift option was initially unavailable and the agent was unable to assist manually). While the gift was delivered, it still failed to have a successful gift card included. Instead, a partial card was included with part of the message and my name excluded (please see attached photo). Instead of receiving a thoughtful note explaining the gift, my friend had to awkwardly engage her family members to help figure out the "mystery" of receiving a random gift. When I returned to the initial email chain to express my disappointment, it was explained to me that the site "typically" doesn't do that and that the issue would be escalated. I am disappointed to have spent $130+ for a luxury skin care product gift package and have the initial impact of the gift completely lost on the recipient as well as no further offer of support or follow up (i.e.: offereing to reach out to the recipient to apologize, etc.). read more

I've been using OSEA products for the last 3 years and it's been the best skincare line for me. I absolutely love all of their products. I finally got to book a facial this past November with Laura L. and it was the most relaxing (and best) facial I have ever had! She was so gentle and mindful of my sensitive skin. It truly was a unique experience and I cannot wait to treat myself to another one. It was helpful to have my skin evaluated in person because she recommended some products that I wasn't using and adjusted my routine a bit. The store is so cute! I like their products but the customer service is the worst. I placed an order Sunday morning but the wrong shipping addressed popped up. I email three times but called Monday morning at 8 am. They told me it had already shipped, in less than 24 hours? Numerous times I call, no one answers the phone and i have never gotten anyone to answer the chat time. I recently ordered several items from this company and the package came with 1 item missing. I emailed them, got in the shower, and when I got out the missing item was already on its way! This was Saturday of a holiday weekend and the item arrived Monday! I am absolutely blown away by their customer service. It is second to none. I was reading a Instagram post that a blogger favorite of mine posted about this skincare line and thought i might try it. I must admit, i was completely skeptical because my skin reacts to me trying new products but I suffer from an occasional cystic acne and dry skin that just didn't have any glow to it. I purchased a starter kid and one extra after chatting with customer service on their website and was convinced. They assured me of the return policy if i wasn't satisfied and i am 100%! I really love their products. Very clean and smart ingredients list. Something about seaweed-infused products that my skin loves. If you want to look, feel and smell like you've just had a facial... this is the closest you will come to that at home. Their products smell AMAZING and really impart that aromatherapeutic experience.
