I see that Studio G has decided to defend my horrible review of the salon by making up (flat out…read morelying) that I used foul language. It's a lie. I just asked the girl: "Where's the blonde that I asked for?" She pouted and went to get the boss. I explained calmly that the young lady didn't do what asked and the boss said I could leave and didn't have to pay. Good! It wasn't worth the money. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. Go somewhere else--this place lacks integrity to say the least.

After washing my deep conditioner out the stylist was extremely rough, brushing and ripping through my hair without sectioning it. She even sprayed leave-in conditioner directly in my face and simply said, "Oh, sorry." Her attitude throughout the appointment was extremely unprofessional, so I ultimately decided to leave, and I'm actually pissed I even paid what I paid. What made it worse was that it was my birthday, and I really wanted to leave feeling good about my hair. Unfortunately, I'll never be back.

Nightmare.. I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable color services.
