I just asked the girl: "Where's the blonde that I asked for?" She pouted and went to get the boss. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. Go somewhere else--this place lacks integrity to say the least.
