And low and beyond the second time they start racking more prices on what she was quoted. "They said I HAD TO DO THIS TO GET SERVICE because of the shape of my hair" her and I have never run into this in our 40 years of living. I have owned a business and this is right where you start losing customers. What a cheesy way to "run" a business. She and I should have listen to word of mouth... they warned for the same exact thing. And of course she is the type to give them a tip so the end price is ungodly. Go elsewhere, listen to the community, and always have a voice to speak up to these type of owners. All I can say is one word... cheesy! Fix this and be professional. This is exactly how you lose customers and have word of mouth as you do.... And yes ma'am this is indeed what is going around about your business. The ONLY reason I am giving it a 2 star is because she is satisfied with her hair. But honestly it doesn't look any different than her other hairstylist that retired and was 1/2 the price.

They seem extremely pleasant at the beginning, but they're really nasty at the end when it comes to customer service. They're not very consistent with their work & had a few different girls do my hair. They will come up with some new excuses of extra charges or extra things they had to do to your hair. So when they finished with your hair, and then you go to the cash register to pay. If you are the type of person that doesn't want to make a scene after receiving the amount of money that they are asking you to pay... Advice : 1. Always ask what's the price going to be after the plan is made on what they're going to do your hair. 2. If they ask or comment about doing something to your hair at all again ask what is going to be the price. 3. Doesn't hurt to tell them over phone or sitting with stylist, how you plan on only paying a certain amount & no more. 4. Ask them your options on if you're not satisfied with your hair. They'll probably offer to do it again, but if they do it again and you're still not happy they are not going to refund your money. If it's not a minor or small fix. Then get your money & go somewhere else. Extra charges you don't see coming... OlaPlex Toner A really good conditioner If they have to add more color Blow drying There's a few more

I got cut and highlights by Rodney Brown at Rise Salon in Fairhope and I'm thrilled!…read moreI walked in today feeling icky and pranced out feeling gorgeous Rodney listened intently to what my woes were with my hair, feeling drab, flat, and lifeless. He was confident he could work his magic and he did! I love my long hair and was afraid it was going to need to be hacked off to improve the health and condition, but no Rodney was able to trim the dead ends and improve the health and shape of my hair while maintaining the length. He kept the gorgeous natural Swedish blonde color I was born with ( but that needed brightening up after avoiding the sunshine for many years) my hair color looks beautiful, natural and classy not brassy. He recommended a few light layers and I trusted him, so happy I did, my hair moved better now. The salon is clean and easy to find. Parking was easy right in front.
