She was ready for me when I arrived. She waxed my brows and then cut my hair. I was was bit wishy-washy about how short I wanted it, so she cut it to one length and then we both decided it needed to be shorter. So She kindly cut it again. She took great care to make absolutely sure it was even and perfect. It is a very cute cut and I love it. Others folks in the room were delightful to talk with and we had a very pleasant time. The salon is a Charming Victorian style decor with fun crafted hair care items to look at and purchase if you want them. Even the music they play softly is delightful. I highly recommend Coiffure Chic.

Faith, my lovely young and talented stylist, instantly put me at ease with her chill vibe. I was a bit worried at first, because I have an important event and I had not been to her before, but she totally nailed what I wanted! My hair turned out classy--not brassy--super shiny, and oh-so-soft, just in time for a wedding I'm attending. I love the products she used, and I really hope I can replicate this look at home! Faith truly loves her job, and it shows. I left feeling like a million bucks, and I heard she and few others from the salon were nominated for awards! I got cut and highlights by Rodney Brown at Rise Salon in Fairhope and I'm thrilled!…read moreI walked in today feeling icky and pranced out feeling gorgeous Rodney listened intently to what my woes were with my hair, feeling drab, flat, and lifeless. He was confident he could work his magic and he did! I love my long hair and was afraid it was going to need to be hacked off to improve the health and condition, but no Rodney was able to trim the dead ends and improve the health and shape of my hair while maintaining the length. He kept the gorgeous natural Swedish blonde color I was born with ( but that needed brightening up after avoiding the sunshine for many years) my hair color looks beautiful, natural and classy not brassy. He recommended a few light layers and I trusted him, so happy I did, my hair moved better now. The salon is clean and easy to find. Parking was easy right in front. I would recommend Rodney Brown to anyone male or female needing a haircut, or color or makeover. He has style and will make you feel good about yourself!

After this weekend, now she is stuck with me forever! I was already a fan of hers, and then she did my niece's hair and makeup for prom a few months ago. And WOW! She did an amazing job. My niece looked like an angel, or a model. So that solidified my opinion on where to go for special events. Then, this weekend, my daughter, my niece and I all needed services. I needed a Brazilian and a haircut, and my teenage girls needed cuts & colors. We invaded on Saturday and were there pretty much all day. And we actually had so much fun! Honest to God, I have paid 4 times the amount that we paid here for just my daughter's hair. Both of the girls look fan-freaking-tastic, and I love my hair as well! We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. She walked in with fried, unhealthy, muticolored hair, and walked out with long, beautiful, shiny healthy hair that looks super natural. We have all three gotten several compliments on our hair. My mother even said she was calling soon to have her hair done. I will never go anywhere else, for any other service. I'm officially Rhonda's stalker!
