There was no need to wear waterproof mascara (for swimming) or even worry about makeup in general for weeks following the treatment. The fake lashes stayed on for a full three weeks post-treatment!! I wasn't notified this at the time of booking. Once let in, I had to wait 20 minutes while the esthetician was with another client, before being seen. Once I was seen, I was notified that the wax was too hot, and I had to wait longer. During my session, we were interrupted twice while the esthetician looking at her phone, once to answer a call. The esthetician dipped the same spool of wax into the pot, I'm assuming the same wax pot that was used on other clients. I believe the wax was very hot and my upper lip may have been burned. I was asked to pay right in that room and not by the counter. I was given no receipt. This place was horrible.
