He does not care about proper customer service and will rudely dismiss you as any regular client instead of acknowledging and appreciating the fact that we are 4 girls who have always given him business. I did not have an appointment and all of the senior stylists were booked so I ended up giving their junior stylist, Cindy, a try. I was first treated to a long, luxurious shampoo and scalp massage while lying flat out on a chaise instead of sitting in one of those uncomfortable shampoo chairs. The products used smelled amazing and my hair felt terrific when we were through. Cindy may be relatively new to the industry but she is talented and enthusiastic. My cut took about an hour (before styling) but I do have "problem hair." She did spend extra time too putting some nice finishing touches here and there and made sure I looked my best when I left. Other stylists seemed pretty friendly and the overall atmosphere was fun and relaxed with some very cool music flowing in the background. My cut cost me under $40US with tip so I was quite satisfied with the value. Cuts by senior staff are a little more expensive. Having your hair done by a recent graduate might not appeal to everyone but I lucked out and my hair looks great!

The salon does hair and nails and although all the stations were busy it was still a calm atmosphere and I loved that immediately! We sat in these ULTRA comfy chairs while Laura and Mireille did our pedicures. We chatted a bit, they offered us water, tea and coffee. They are so kind, tedious and attentive. My feet felt amazing afterwards and although we just did a classic pedicure, the nail polish is so shiny just like a shellac pedicure! We hadn't brought sandals because the weather was cool so they used a special machines to dry our toes to make sure our nail polish wouldn't get ruined in our shoes. They even offered us "to go" flip flops that we could return whenever we wanted! I highly recommend this salon. We had such a nice time, it was calm and we didn't feel rushed at all even though they were running a bit behind that day. Our pedicure was $55 tax included and they gave us 10% off to apologize for the wait (which really wasn't long!).
