Dana was quick to respond and super accommodating. She was able to get me in for an appointment the very next day! I arrived at her spa (its in her home, don't let this deter you) and it was beautifully decorated, clean, and very professional. Dana was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. We spent the most time making sure the shape and design of my eyebrows was right before starting. Dana listened to my preferences, but also used measurements to determine which brow shape would be best for my face. Dana was super professional and quick. The end result was amazing! I have lived my whole life with sparse eyebrows. Having to fill them in everyday. When I saw my face in the mirror I couldn't believe it looked like real hair was on my brows. She did such a fantastic job. I've been researching microblading professionals for years and I can promise you, you won't find someone as inexpensive and talented as Dana in the Montreal area. I had asked to have my hair completely colored but sadly when I reached home my husband noticed that it looked like only the roots were done, and not pulled through to have an even tone. It seemed like a clean salon until I sat down to get my haircut, the person asked me to sit at another station where there was so much hair on the floor. Thankfully, she came and swept it up. The ledge by the mirror had cut hair on it, and there was a hair brush that had visible hair in it. That was the same brush that was used in my hair. I noticed that they don't have a container to disinfect combs and brushes. **On a plus side, the stylist was friendly and I can't complain about the cut. Most high end salons are all about the experience: offer you a coffee/tea, water, give great hair massages when your hair gets shampooed and use great products so you feel like you have been treated with care. I hope they will improve.

Essentially, I left an honest review of their bad service, and instead of acknowledging their mistake they blamed ME for my hair turning out badly, and posted a bunch of lies about how my appointment actually went (saying I came in for a red colour correction, when my hair was one tone of brown and didn't need to be corrected... I came in for a balayage....) Anyway, point being: I want my money back. The salon is closed right now so I will wait to call them, but I have sent them an email. The pictures I posted speak for themselves!! :) Will be stopping by next week to get my refund in person if they choose to keep blocking/ignoring me. JUST KEEPING IT REAL!
