Ended up with Abby - she was willing to help consult with me on my hair, and helped me pick between a few options (something I find a lot of hairdressers can't do for some reason) - so I appreciated that. Abby asked at each step of the way what my preferences are - and the end result - I'm happy with my cut. Booked to go back in a month. I may end up bumping this review up to a 5 - too early to tell just yet - but so far, so good. Suzy does a fabulous job cutting hair on men and women. I came here for a post Covid haircut. Suzy washed, cut, dried, and styled my hair for $30. GPS will take you to this large office circle. Turn left for the 100's and right for the 200's. Make an appointment. When you arrive, stay in your vehicle and the stylist will call to let you know when to come inside. Because of Covid, there is not a waiting area inside. Wear your mask to the room and ask your stylist if you may remove your mask. The hallway and room that I went to were very clean.

It turns out that she got injured, and ended up starting her own business. If you subtract Sabrina and my experiences with her, my experiences with the salon were meh at best. The front desk staff was never really friendly (I got the impression I was bothering them?). It was incredibly frustrating that they didn't take credit cards, and that this wasn't very clear on their website. I went here for Sabrina Tucker. Without her, there wasn't a lot of redeeming aspects of the salon. While waiting for an appointment, I was asked to move so they could take a photo of a different client's hair. It felt weird, and like they should have a designated spot for photos that would require asking waiting clients to move. It honestly made me feel less valuable than the person be photographed (I was asked to move across the room). Also, the more I think about it, the more upset I am that when my partner came in for a men's haircut from Kevin, he left INJURED. That's not OK. I mentioned it to the front desk staff when at my appointment after the last update, and I didn't even get an apology. Not OK. Not OK at all.
