I'll start by saying I tried to give the benefit of the doubt here because of the holidays being a busy time but I'm still disappointed overall. We had booked for a party of 55 people over a month ahead of time. I confirmed all of the details besides some menu choices well in advance. It took me 2 weeks of tracking down Marge just to confirm and pay for the order. I understand they're busy so I let this go. We spoke 2 days before the party and she assured me that all the details were set in place. Marge and I emailed and I have the email from her that states they would deliver to our venue at 5:30 so they would be done before guests arrive at 6. At 5:45 when no one had showed up, I called and got the response, "we didn't know what time to be there" and they hadn't left the shop yet. If you didn't know and had not called, what time were you going to show up? I tried to brush it off and let it go. They finally showed up at 6:30 to set up in the middle of the party, at that point I was handed the invoice for our party. On the invoice, it did state party at 6:00 so I was a little irritated. Also, it said "food only". So I approached Marge and asked about our plates and cutlery, to which she said she had no idea what I was talking about. On the website, it does state that they provide plates and cutlery and I also confirmed this weeks ahead of time. It's now 7:00 and guests are now irritated and not able to eat after being moved out of the way for the caterers to set up mid-party. At this point, I said I would just go to the closest store to get what was needed, to which I got, "you'll just buy junk, I'll come back" and she left. Just after 7:30, someone from the company comes back with plates and cutlery so our guests could finally eat. After people started getting food, we quickly realized that we didn't have enough cutlery for our guests. It was horribly disappointing and at this point I was fed up. After all of this, when I went to drop off the chaffing dishes the following day, the staff at the shop were quite cold and rude. For food that is just mediocre and unprofessional service, it was not worth the money we paid at all. If you decided to pick up your food instead, this might be worth your time. Overall, we definitely will not be back.

She was so helpful in picking the correct size for the right number of people. Lisa helped me stay in budget, her rates are truly affordable especially for such a customized and personal experience and her work is art!!! She sent me example photos, measurements, answered any questions I could possibly have and I could not be more grateful for her time, effort and patience!! The event we attended was a beach barbecue at Edgewater Beach. The beautifully set table right next to the water was perfection! The food and wine were very good overall (barbecue isn't my favorite in general). And the highlight of this experience was the phenomenal service! The event started with passed apps, a bar with a signature cocktail among other selections, and live music. Once seated for the meal at a very large table next to other attendees, the food, wine and music didn't stop! I enjoyed the concept of being seated near others who we didn't know and had enjoyable conversation. I'm eager to attend another one of their events!

She's is the consummate professional; not only not loosing her cool when we shifted from 80 guests to 140 guests, but executing the changes with style, grace and efficiency. She is quick to see one's vision and is eager for the "unusual." Her team worked in rather challenging conditions and never missed a beat. All of our guests loved the food, her servers were competent and eager to please and her attention to detail (and there were oodles of details!) was fabulous. She is a delight to work with!
