Our friends had beef (not brisket, I don't think) and pulled pork, but they also do ribs, pig roasts, etc. There were half a dozen sauces on the side, and while the meat didn't really need them I had to try them all out. There were also a few sides: fresh corn on the cob, superb mac and cheese, and maybe some others (beyond those, I'm not sure which were catered in and which our friends made.) The owner was super friendly and checked in often to make sure everything was fine. When he packed up after a few hours he left the meat and some of the sauces. I would gladly have them again, or use them for parties if I lived in the area.
