Super quick pickup. Streamlined call to order, confirmation, included all the utensils. So easy to get my event catered. Prices aren't bad either! read more

Caterology - Bourbon salmon. Yum! - Caterers Near Me - Bedford Heights, Ohio

They catered my club's holiday party in 2024. They were easy to communicate with, delivered everything on time, and I got numerous compliments on the food. We had Tuscan Chicken and Stuffed Zucchini as entrees with roasted potatoes and vegetables as the sides. Also had rolls and the garden salad, which was very generous. Highly recommended. Will definitely hire them again. read more

jus I used Caterology for my baby shower this month and I am very pleased with the experience. I had quite a bit of trouble finding a catering company to provide services for my shower (for about 35 people). Places were not calling me back, not emailing me their pricing, or just simply never answering their phones. Caterology was responsive and had the food items I wanted for my shower. We had a brunch theme with deli sandwiches, bacon, eggs, and potatoes with bagels and assorted pastries. The food tasted great and I appreciated the person who dropped off the food. He set everything up! The guests were very pleased. There are only three things I would suggest/give as a heads up - the dish with the potatoes was not completely full when we opened it to begin serving, which appeared to be an oversight from the prep. Additionally, we did not receive any chaffers to keep the food warm. I would suggest inquiring about those when you order (I can't remember if I did). And, finally, ask for extra silverware if they're willing to provide it. We ran out half way through the shower and I believe it's because we were only given the amount of silverware equal to the final guest count. read more

We had Caterology cater our last party. All of the food was very good. They delivered everything on time. We had enough food for everyone. Also, we had a little bit left over, but not an overwhelming amount. The pita chips and chicken were people's favorites. Many people said this was the best catering they have ever had. I would highly recommend using this company. They are quick to reply, and very flexible with making you what you want. read more

I work at Arborwear, in Chagrin Falls. We were catering a huge event for our customers this past April and wanted to find a supplier for Cajun Gumbo. I needed 30 gallons over the course of two days. I spoke with Katie and she answered all my questions. When the soup arrived, it was absolutely AMAZING. We received so many compliments on it! We will definitely use Caterology again. read more

I can't say enough about how great it was working with Brandon and the others at Caterology! I had a caterer lined up for a bridal shower that had to cancel on short notice. Because of CoVid, I wanted individually boxed, yet high quality food. My daughter suggested Caterology because she uses them for work meetings and events. They came through with gorgeous salads a those house made chips! WOW! The desserts were fantastic too. Several people asked for their contact info! Such an impressive company! read more

My husband Kevin does plumbing for this company and recommended them when I was looking for someone to cater breakfast for my company. FOOD WAS AMAZING. Brandon at Caterology was SUPER helpful in getting my plans all set. We got the sweet potato hash with chorizo- can't even explain how flavorful this stuff is. The spinach and feta pancakes were perfectly crisp and delicious. The home made sausage was superb and the French toast casserole???! Served with Carmel bananas and syrup- indescribable!! I just wish they had a sit down restaurant where I could enjoy their food on a more regular basis. read more

Caterology - Caterers Near Me - Bedford Heights, Ohio

Yesterday we were lucky enough to have a bereavement dinner from Caterology sent to our house by a kind friend. We had Bourbon? chicken breasts cooked to perfection and just the right temperature. The potatoes were our favorite and delicious. The salad was amazing, a meal in itself and wonderful cookies for dessert. We had enough left for next day. So appreciate to have such a nice dinner in our time of sorrow. Thank you. read more

Caterology is frequently a provider of lunch at my office. Their food is outstanding. They always bring the freshest salads, sandwiches, and their homemade potato chips are just disgustingly good. I don't even LIKE potato chips -- but damn, those ones kick some serious ass. They make the best salad dressings too. I'm extremely picky about salad dressings. Sometimes I even eat my salad dry because I would rather eat a dry salad than eat dressing that I don't like. But Caterology makes a cilantro-and-something-or-other salad dressing (NOT the actual name) that is probably one of the best dressings I have ever had. I want the recipe! If you're looking for a great lunch for an event you should call Caterology. You won't be disappointed. read more

I love working with Larry and the group at Caterology. I find the service to be top shelf...and the food is amazing. They are with out a doubt my go-to-place for a wide variety of sandwiches and the homemade chips are a hit EVERYTIME. I had a chance to ask for some entree salads during a multi-day meeting for variety and found them to be GREAT. From the Chicken Caesar, Steak, Southwest Grilled Chicken to the Fresh Mozzerella and Tomato with Basil they all were perfect....and HUGE! The homemade tasty dressings really made this a hit for our week of eating! While the standard menu has a great variety....dont be scared to challenge them with special requests....Caterology will rise to your occasion :-) FWaldo, Solon OH read more

The food is incredible! The service is second to NONE! What more can you ask for? We were treated to a lunch by a pharmaceutical rep and the entire company was going crazy for everything from the salads to the sandwiches to the chips (especially the chips)! We do our best to promote a healthy lifestyle at work and it can be a challenge when it comes to getting good food at a reasonable price for a large group. However, now that we have found Caterology, we can have the best of both worlds. Seriously, couldn't be happier and love that we are treated like our business is appreciated! read more

I have pharmaceutical reps bring food to my office and though I've had lots of different kinds of catering restaurants come, our favorite by FAR is Caterology. I love this place. I honestly don't know if I've ever had a bad meal with them. They should open a restaurant- I'd pay my own money to eat there. Anyways, great place- I'm a big fan. read more

I first tried their food at a business meeting lunch. We had salad and the pasta carbonara. It was fantastic! The company that ordered the food just raved and raved about Caterology and how easy they were to work with. I had the chance to order from them for a seniors luncheon a few months later. Even though they did not have it on their menu they made chicken pot pie for a group of 25 and it was awesome! We picked it up and the food was ready for us in a warming bag. I gave them very little notice and they did a very good job and we will definitely use them again! read more

Amazing food every catering we've had and we've had so many! The food are always fresh. Greatly packaged. Always tasted good.

Good Food, over and over again. But I heard the drivers and workers make nothing and are being taken advantage of. After she told me how much they pay I gave a her a 50 dollar tip. read more

We utilized Caterology for an event in our garden We worked with Rosie. We found the company to be very transparent and organized. We had a booking for around 50 people with only a 3-week lead-time that Caterology acoommodated, and we were given several options that were easy to navigate. The server that we worked with was called Emily and we found her to be equally professional and so gave her a nice tip. The food was nutritious, respectfully handled, and high-quality. Caterology is also able to negotiate tent hire if you need it, and they operate through third party vendors. I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars only because communication about the tent, dimension assessment, and organization for delivery was very poor and last-minute. This created undue anxiety that could easily have been avoided. Caterology should either make a change in how this is organized or immediately release a telephone number and contact person for the third-part vendor so the client can contact them directly. I felt they were trying to absolve themselves of responsibility by continually stating "It's a third party, not us..." without offering a solution since the entire sale vwnt through Caterology. Overall, I will stress that Rosie and an additional colleague not involved in our event whom we dealt with by telephone were completely professional, and we would use this company for a catered event again. I would recommend them to anyone based on our experience. read more

We hired the Caterology wood-fired pizza truck for our daughter's graduation party and it was a HUGE hit! Everyone RAVED about the pizza, in addition to the kettle chips and the amazing salads! They had a "paging" system in which you placed your order and then received a pager to hold until your pizza was ready. Such a great idea and enabled our guests to continue mingling until their order was up. The Caterology staff team was fabulous, too. We were extremely happy with everything! read more

Let me begin by saying that I work with a lot of caterers and event planners. I set up daily catered lunches and, as any event planner can tell you, it isn't easy to find consistent, quality caterers -- especially at a moment's notice. The team at Caterology has completely raised my standards for what a good catered lunch should look like. The food is consistently on point: healthy, delicious, quality meals presented in a clean, attractive manner. The service is unmatched: I sometimes find out about visitors last minute and have to increase our orders, I have had other vendors completely fall through and leave me hanging, even little things like running out of fuel burners to keep lunch hot -- Caterology is always accommodating, professional, and earnest in their assistance. I decided to write this review this afternoon as my team enjoys their 2nd lunch from Caterology this week, offering outstanding remarks on everything from presentation to smell and flavor. I will continue utilizing their services as often as possible. In short, Caterology is a fantastic company offering quality food, excellent and reliable service, and a peace of mind for this sometimes frantic event planner. :) Thank you so much for being so great! read more
