Today is my best friend's birthday and we went to the salon to get manicures and pedicures. It is such a cute little place. I love how bright it is even though it's a smaller place. We are both super pleased with the service. They were really kind and the service was amazing. My nails dried super quickly and for once I didn't ruin them which I think is because of the quick dry oil they put on them after drying for a bit. Aside from the amazing service, you can't beat the prices. They had a special going on for a manicure and pedicure for $33 ($34.50ish with tax) and normally it looks like it's $38 which is a serious bargain, especially in this neighborhood. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional service from start to finish! (Now named FLAIRE)…read moreI recently walked past FLAIRE NAILS on East 62nd Street on my way to drop off shoes at the cobbler and decided to give the salon a try. I am so glad I did -- it turned out to be one of the best nail experiences I've had in a very long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest, most thoughtful women. They asked about my needs and genuinely cared about making me comfortable. I started with a spa pedicure that was absolutely AMAZING -- relaxing, thorough, and without any push to upsell me on extra services (such a relief!). The technician took her time trimming my cuticles, smoothing away calluses, and then treated me to one of the most soothing foot and leg massages I've ever had. Between the warm water and the massage, I honestly didn't want to leave the chair. After my pedicure, I moved on to a French manicure with Cindy. My nails were in rough shape because I hadn't had them done in quite a while, but Cindy approached them with such care, skill, and patience. She was meticulous with my cuticles and clearly experienced -- I didn't have to micromanage anything. She instinctively knew the right length, shape, and tone for my nails, and the results were absolutely beautiful. We finished with hot towels and another relaxing massage -- the perfect final touch. New York City has thousands of nail salons to choose from, but FLAIRE NAILS truly stands out. In this fast-paced city, it's rare to find a place where you can slow down, be treated with genuine warmth and kindness, and walk out feeling pampered with gorgeous nails -- all at very reasonable prices. I've already decided that this will be my go-to spot for all my nail maintenance and care. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful women at FLAIRE NAILS. I can't wait to return!
