From planning out the style ahead of time, to choosing the right hair and then giving me the perfect style, she guided me through the whole process and made me feel confident about everything. This was especially important to me because I don't let many people touch my hair (cue the Solange) and therefore don't get my hair done too often. But Olivia listened to what I wanted, mixed it with her own personal style and gave me a bomb crochet that lasted longer than I expected...but to be fair, she told me it would.
