Staffing is an issue in a lot of organizations right now, especially health care. My specific concern is when a customer schedules a COVID test with the Pharmacy, receives a confirmation email after booking, and a reminder email about the appointment a few hours before the scheduled test only to present to the drive-thru Pharmacy to find a sign stating the Pharmacy is closed for the entire day. Instead of sending a reminder about the appointment, why not notify your customers the Pharmacy will be unexpectedly closed and work to rebook those appointments elsewhere or on a different date? Staff in the store were very helpful and explained they are having Pharmacy staffing issues at Walgreens across the state of Maine. They were directed to send any Pharmacy customers to another local Walgreens. The only problem with that open Pharmacy is three others Walgreens were redirecting customers to that location, resulting in a line of cars through the entire parking lot and down the busy road leading to the store. A 2-3 hour wait at a new location after the original Pharmacy staff abandoned their scheduled appointments with customers is unacceptable. There are certainly more efficient ways Walgreens Pharmacy Management can lead their operations in light of their staffing challenges. Proactive communication with the customer would be a good start. I recommend residents of Maine strongly consider Pharmacy options other than Walgreens until they can get all of this sorted, especially if you are looking for COVID testing. I am also notifying the Maine CDC of my experience with Walgreens as their website on COVID testing options in the state is directing people to Walgreens and no other Pharmacies.

I ended up having to go to the emergency room that evening for an exam. There was a square scratch on my cornea. Very painful and it took a week to clear up my vision. I had to go to a specialist 10 days after the event. I went back for my touch up since there was a glob on the bottom left lid and mismatched ending points on all four lines. Here I am a few months later. Eyeliner still doesn't match, eye to eye, ink has faded to grey green. So, for over $2,000, I have a poorly done eyeliner tatoo (this was not my first eyeliner tatoo ,we moved so I couldn't go back to my original lady who did such an amazing job), I lost a week of work and recreation due to the scratch and had terrible pain for several days. She will tell you this has never happened before, it must have been one of my eyelashes, etc. It happened while I was on her table, while she was working on my eyes. Accident or not all I get is a sorry, I can redo your liner. I will never trust her to do any work again.

I called Permanent Makeup and spoke to someone who said they will take care of and take the $50 off. Well he did, but CareCredit charged me interest ON the $50 that was taken off, and CHARGED ME $31 in fees to open their credit card. CareCredit has 1 star in ratings and hundred if not thousands negative reviews!!!! DO NOT AGREE TO A CARECREDIT CARD if Ashleigh insists it's an easy way to pay for services at her store! Dentist visit made easy!…read more I despise having teeth work done. The noise, the pain, discomfort...not fun. So, making this appointment was a significant step as I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and last time I was living in a different state. I was initially told I'd have to make 2 separate appointments: one for xrays and evaluation, the next for the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to do all of this in one visit! Chelsea was my hygienist and she was amazing! Super gentle, explained everything she was doing during the xrays and evaluation and my teeth didn't hurt at all while she cleaned. I was so much more relaxed that I anticipated. Dr. Rose came in and evaluated quickly; I did have to come back for a few fillings...to be expected by me of course. Prices are fair I guess, as I do not have insurance. They do not accept payment plans however. I don't really mind this as I am more than pleased with my treatment and look forward to keeping up better with my dentistry by coming here.

The entire staff of Maple Way is so friendly and helpful, they truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. My hygienist does a very thorough job---and on the few occasions when I've had to see a different hygienist, and they have always been equally thorough. Dr. Rose is one of the kindest, warmest people you'll ever meet, and she is truly an exceptional dentist. In addition to standard dental care, she also does some cosmetic dentistry, and she did an incredible job creating crowns for my front teeth, resulting in a smile that I am often complimented on---prior to that, I was very self-conscious of my smile and always tried to keep my lips closed. I truly can't say enough about how happy we have been with this practice. We are now moving away out of state, and are so sad to leave Maple Way dentistry behind!
