Everyone may have a bad day, but there were plenty of staff to assist or at least acknowledge customer presence within the store and it was almost like I was a bother to be there for most of the staff. There was one shining staff member that was positive and engaged with another customer but had two other staff members walk right past without a thought with a near empty store. I recently went here to pick up one thing and of course I walked out with five extra. I ended up ordering it on Ulta online but just something I noticed about their in store selection.

The store is kind of old and not nicely remodeled, but it's large and roomy. I took time to check on their canes (prices, options, brands, etc) and they did have a good selection of them. As many other Walgreens, they have a large area for paper goods, snacks, health and beauty, vitamins, OTC items, etc. I kept running into this nice lady and she was always very pleasant and friendly, greeting me with a hello and a smile every time. Nice customer service.

I visited this Bath & Body Works location this evening with my mother, and unfortunately, the…read morecustomer service was extremely disappointing. While the employees are quick to greet customers with a cheerful "Welcome to Bath & Body Works," that friendliness seems to disappear the moment you actually need assistance. As we walked around trying to decide what to purchase, I approached two employees who appeared more interested in their personal conversation than helping customers. When I asked a question, their facial expressions and dismissive attitudes made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. I then approached a third employee, hoping for a better experience, only to be met with a condescending explanation, as though I were a third grader incapable of understanding a simple answer. To the management team: Customer service goes beyond greeting someone at the door. It requires patience, professionalism, respect, and a genuine willingness to assist customers. No one should feel uncomfortable or belittled simply for asking a question. Although this location is convenient, based on this experience, I would not recommend it as a place to shop or work. I will likely return because I enjoy the products and do not personally need much assistance. However, my mother did need help, and she deserved to be treated with kindness and respect. A welcoming greeting means very little when it is not followed by welcoming service. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns and reminds employees that every customer deserves courtesy, regardless of whether they are browsing, asking questions, or making a purchase.

I would have gave a solid 5 star but the young lady with the beige sweater that told myself and Emma that Well she's going to have to order it (referring to the eyeshadow pallet) came off a little standoffish but besides that I would put this shopping experience at the top. Great Job Ulta David, Emma, Merri and Melissa you provided excellent service
