Why is it my responsibility to drive back to a store 30 mins away when I should have got a working product the first time? Just the response to this shows the customer service the store has. Very rude and unapologetic. Expect rude customer service if you ever need help with a product! I have spent since 2019 a few thousand dollars at this store and on their website. I do love their products but due to their customer service I will no longer buy anything from them. I just bought their stardust spray and after 3 weeks the nozzle stopped spraying so I couldn't use it. I didn't even ask for a refund but called the store and asked for a nozzle to be shipped to me. Savannah a store associate said she would mail me one but never did. I called the sore left a message no return. Reached out on instagram and Megan said she would mail and also never did. I called the store again and Savannah's sister was an absolute little s***. She had severe attitude and couldn't be more unhelpful in resolving my issue. She said call the warehouse and I said great how do I get in touch do you have a email or phone number she said nope can't share that. I broke a tooth and my mother, Nancy Mathis, told me to see her Dentist. I yelped him and the reviews were positive but I was suspicious that there was a global conspiracy to spin this place as being a good Dentistry Practice. I have associated some of my past expereinces with Dentists right up there with the House of Pain. I came in and I need to tell you that the ladies at the front Counter are Kind, and Hospitable. They processed my Delta Insurance information and communicated right up front what my benefits were that would cover my various services. I went in for my XRAYS and I have a terrible gag reaction to anything in my mouth and they numbed me up and were very patient. Every assistant is amazing. I discovered that I needed a Crown and they preped me for a temporary and created the mold for my permanent crown. They consistently communicated to me that they wanted me to go into Christmas pain free. I came back and got my permanent crown and then I met my Hygienist who gave me a cleaning who is AWESOME! say it with me Matt Delgadillo is an incredible Dentist and does a great job. I have more work to do in 2026 and I am not anxious or worried about sgoing here for my treatment. I highly recommend that if you need Dental Care come here.

When we arrived, Nikki's boyfriend was in the salon arguing with her. After about 10 minutes she got him to leave but asked us if it was okay to lock the door in case he came back. We said yes but this wasn't the best start to the experience. Mani: there was no soaking or massage involved. It was a dry manicure with light shaping and the gel polish applied. I'm used to the hands being soaked so this was different. Not bad but its been 2 days and I have some nails lifting already and the sides of my nails are missing polish. My sister's came out okay. Pedi: The massage and scrub was nice. The polish applied seemed to be spotty and not smooth on both mine and my sister's. Not sure if that's because of the polish or what. She also cut the corner of my pinky toe pretty bad. It didn't hurt too much at the time but it did bleed and its still sore a few days later. Also one of my nails was cut pretty crooked. The salon was very cute and clean but I think I'll stick with traditional nail salons from now on.

The prices are pretty fair a regular pedi is about $35 and they have other options to choose from. They also offer other services such as facials and waxing too. The workers they are super nice I've had a variety of different people. Most of them are always working and cleaning up which is nice. They keep the place pretty clean they are always doing laundry someone is always cleaning the chairs and the bowl where your feet go inside. They also got a cute kids chair super cute for younger kids.
