Amanda is one of the rudest person I've came across in a long time. I had to ask her was she a manager and she said no. She was bossing around the other workers. I was being helped by a employee name Nyree and Amanda came in the middle of her explaining to me about the product to say what I was already told by Nyree. I forgot his name but the new male manager is awesome here. He was so helpful and welcoming. I've been coming to this location since Cosmetology school days (2012) and this place is definitely making some changes for the better. The staff is very knowledgeable and the store is kept super clean. A few weeks ago, I went in to buy some developer but wanted to shop around some more but was concerned about leaving my precious dog in the car for over 5 min. The manager told me to bring her in immediately and the staff there told me that I made their day for bringing my dog in. (Most places aren't this welcoming) so I was very happy. I purchased a 1875 dryer with a 2 year limited warranty June 24, 2017. It stop working. Warranty states take to store where purchased with original receipt. Salesperson called manager and told me they only take back 90 days in store. I ask for manager and salesperson says she not in. I asked for the manager's name and when will she be in. I've been coming to this Sally's for many years for all my beauty supply needs. They have make-up, hair color, shampoos, conditioners and a million other items. I love that all the sales consultants are ALWAYS very nice and extremely helpful. My only complaint would be that their inventory is not always in stock, particularly many of the hair dyes. I went to the Fry Road location this morning and noticed a new male mg. I've been going to Sally's since cosmetology school 2011 and WOW! He helped me with my hair color purchase and etc. The store is clean and well organized compared to what it use to be. Everything seems in control and consistent now. I prefer this Sallys over any other one in the Houston area. I've ran into some rude customers but never rude staff. My favorite is Sydney, a very nice girl who can answer almost any question. They always keep the store nice and clean and they have sales regularly. Also, signing up for a Sally's card seriously helps out of you go there often. The sale section is all the way in the back so dont be discouraged if you can't find it right away. The staff has always given me their honest opinion on something vs. just being sales ladies which is a nice change. Especially when it deals with permanent hair dye it's good to get an honest opinion and help if needed. They supply hair dye and treatments, extentions, nail care, and more. read more

after being encouraged last week to buy the $5 membership, i had gained a $5 coupon at the ensure of my receipt that i decided to cash in on. i needed a scalp oil and had looked online for some options but i didn't save the info. i was just going to wander round til i found something for the price of my coupon. but then one of the salespersons came up to me and asked if i needed uhelp. after telling her what i was looking for she directed me to the appropriate area and tried to find iproducts for me. most of them had ingredients i am allergic to but she was very patient and diligent to help me find something. i really appreciate the attention when i shopping bc i do not like shop! another salesperson came by to check on me and offer this weeks coupons. i really like it when ppl try to says me money! check our was pretty quick too finalzed with a friendly smile and come again. i surely will! read more
