There is a list of suggested combinations available based on your interests and the scents are categorized by their smells, such as fruits, spices, and musks. Even further, Melissa, the owner, was there when we went and was able to blend scents based on our interests. They have a variety of items to apply the scents to, including scrubs, body washes, and aftershaves. While a little expensive, the ability to choose your own fragrances in quality products is definitely worth it and worth coming back to.

However, when I used the product for the first time, I experienced a skin reaction. My neck and chest became red and irritated, with a stinging sensation that lasted for several hours. I reached out to Bath Junkie to report the issue and share a photo, and I will say that their customer service team responded promptly. The representative I corresponded with apologized for the situation and advised me to stop using the product immediately. She said their product packaging was accurate. There was no offer to make things right, such as a refund or replacement, nor any apparent takeaway on their end to dispose of (or further test) the cherry or almond scents in my product, or change their labeling. I do have sensitive skin, but I've used a variety of customizable products from other brands (e.g. Buff City Soaps) without issue, and shop at stores like Lush, so this reaction was unexpected. Ultimately, I have to caution others with sensitive skin to be mindful when trying Bath Junkie's products, and do a test patch prior to applying more widely to the skin.

There are too many to name them all. The ease of convenience is one of the main reasons that I like it. I can run several errands all at once. The overall experience has been positive for me while shopping here. The sales and service representatives are all friendly and helpful, and the center is well-maintained and clean. They even have umbrellas available for use via the honor system, on rainy days. I like that there are high-end options mingled with basic options as well.

Clay Terrace is a really great place to walk and shop... Game Stop, Old Navy, Loft, DSW, Dicks and more... all great places to shop. Nice vibe and great pedestrian crosswalks with the lights so cars don't mow you down. I was advised that I was unable to utilize both of my rewards due to some of my items already being on sale. I was okay with that and proceeded with my transaction and the use of one reward/coupon. While leaving the store, I was reviewing the rewards on my app and both were gone. I went back inside to inquire and after a few minutes and no resolution, the clerks advised me to call customer service, speculating that the reward or coupon must have expired. I found it odd that it was there prior to my visit, there during my visit and gone after checking out. The discount was not reflected on the receipt because I checked that as well.
