I waited for help while the young lady working there was helping another customer. The associate working with the customer seemed to be talking to a friend not a customer. When I heard the associate talking about dinner and movie plans for later that night, I assumed at that point she wasn't helping a customer but talking with a friend. I politely asked if I could receive a little help. At that point, I was treated beyond horrible. The associate asked me if I could "see that she was dealing with something important, you will have to wait your turn". Now I have over 20 years of experience with big box retailers. I asked her for her name. She told me it's was Ally with a smart ass attitude. I asked for a phone number to complain to corporate and was told " there really isn't one and I'm the manager". I hope for future Bath & Body Works she was lying to me. I really can't see someone with absolutely horrible customer service/ people skills and just a bad attitude being a manager. Needless to say I didn't spend any money and went online to order from yankee candle. Ally, you have a job because of customers like me, maybe you should learned to be polite and humble; if that's even possible for someone like you. If you worked in any of my stores, you not last a day with your ugly, horrible, Trump like attitude. I will never spend a dime in a bath & Body Works again because of this. I will be posting this review on ever site I can, and will be informing everyone I know about this. Great work Ally / bath and body works. You lost a customer forever

The girl behind the counter needed her adhd script refilled I think as she was just jumping and hoping around like a squirrel on crack. It was entertaining to say the least. The store is bright and clean, with everything laid out coherently. On a side note there is a Tesla supercharging station in the parking lot for all your quick charging needs.

The morning of my appointment I arrived about 10 minutes late due to a road maintenance closure and the fact that I walked right instead of left around the building where her shop is located. Fortunately she was very understanding and non-plussed by my tardiness. I asked for a scissors only cut which she performed quickly and effectively but not in a hurry. The true test of a good haircut is how it looks a week later, 5 days in I will say that I'm very happy with the way she cut my hair. The only reason I gave a four rather than a five was the salon she works in is large with lots of people talking so it was hard to converse without getting drawn into listening to other conversations, in fact one of the other stylists made a comment about a topic I was discussing with Ms Beach. I prefer a smaller salon or one with more privacy between booths. Overall I'm happy with my cut and I will go back again.
