No gel. They use butter @ oils. I've started my journey November 2022 & never looked back! Get a consultation if you are considering. They have a barber as well. I was in town visiting my daughter and needed my hair done..I went into the salon and inquired as to the price and the woman was a helpful to a point. I had stated that I had been there before(a while ago with my daughter) and she looked me up and for whatever reason my account had my daughters color profile attached to it. No big deal! She gave me a price and I returned about 39 minutes later to have the process done. My stylist Jen pulled up my profile and yes it still had my daughters color profile. The woman that initially helped me made me extremely uncomfortable with how she handled the situation with the stylist Jen. She openly corrected her in front of myself and other patrons and really threw off the video of the place. I get it..it's important to get the correct info in the computer..gotcha! But for crying out loud it's been 3 years since my daughter had her hair done there..maybe another hour would be o for the records. Thank goodness Jen was a delight! She listened to me..achieved the color and cut and just made the whole process amazing. The woman Nikki i found out is a manager and being a general manager in a customer service based business myself, the first rule is never to handle employee discipline in front of the client..especially when it wasn't warranted. Thank you Jen! I will be back when I am back in town!

I had Missy do my hair and she did the best job. I have medium brown hair and she put caramel highlights in my hair and it turned out BOMB. She mentioned putting a bob in it and I turned it down because I wasn't ready for hair that short. Unfortunately, Missy is on vacation this week. But I've never got a bad hair cut from any of the girls. All the girls are really great but when Missy does it, it's like a Masterpiece Ladies and Gentlemen! Check it out!

Over the years of returning I have had about 5 color jobs I was disappointed with and 1 that made me cry. I asked for a carmel color hair and received black. She then told me there was nothing she could do and that it would fade. I told her I would like it fixed because I asked for caramel and this was certainly not caramel. She continued to insult me, and actually laughed at me, and brought over some co-workers to laugh with her about how ridiculous it was. Then she had me sign a waver saying it wasn't her fault if something happened to my hair because I was being unreasonable. I just couldn't believe what was happening. Yes, mistakes happen in hair. And I understand that. I wasn't mad that it needed to be fixed, I just wanted it to be the color I asked for. The only part that was offensive is the way they handled the whole situation. I will never go back. I'm not one to cry over hair, it's been every color under the sun. It's the way they belittled me. :(
