Called and left a message several days before to double check my appointment time. No call back. Called again twice, early and late in the day, the day before and left two more messages asking about my appointment time. No response. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal.
