After calling around to different mechanics in the area, we had a good feeling about these guys and decided to pay extra to have my van towed out to Cañon City. Not only did they come in early to get to my van first thing in the morning when they knew that I needed to get back on the road, but they took so much extra care in making sure that I wouldn't have any more problems. Even walking me through and explaining what they were doing. When I saw my bill, I said "is that all?" because I'm used to getting overcharged by big city mechanics as a young woman. Definitely, definitely trust these guys with your vehicle whether it's new or vintage like mine! Plus, I was able to get back on the road by 5 o'clock that night and made it to Texas by dark!

After my stupid insurance company (Liberty Mutual) failed to put their brains together enough to make the arrangements for a tow, we worked directly with A-1 instead, eliminating the middle man, and they saved my Jeep. The minute you pull up, someone is out, offering to drive the car around, and showing you inside. The mechanics are all very helpful and friendly, and will double-check everything and offer do extra without being asked. They actually offered to put my new plates on my car when try saw then sitting on the passenger's side seat, which I hadn't had the time to do after I registered my car. They also saw me to the car, and made sure I was off safely, after they finished. Also, for new customers, they offer a freebie gift with your payment. I ended up getting a spot treatment stain remover, which has actually come in handy, between two dogs and a baby in the car. The price for the oil change and air filter was average. Not on the cheapest side, but definitely not overcharged. The entire time I was here, though, I felt welcome and taken care of. Exactly how customer service should feel.

Made it home and ODBC reader indicated problem with fuel injector 4. Went online to make first available appointment which was 11 am on the Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend. Made appointment without any problems and received email confirmation of appointment. Tuesday morning at 9:35 am received call letting me know that the Faricy Ford online appointment system was apparently not working correctly and that my appointment was cancelled with next available appointment on Saturday. I let Faricy Brother Ford know that I was leaving on Wednesday on an out of state trip and needed my vehicle fixed before the trip. I was not offered any possible solutions to their website problem and no concern was given to my requirements. Needless to say this will be the last time I use Faricy Brothers Ford and will drive to either Pueblo or Colorado Springs when I do need the services of a Ford dealership. Since this is the second time I have experienced less than satisfactory customer experience with the specific dealership when it comes time to buy my next Ford it will not be at this uncaring dealership.

Decided to just get there first thing to make sure I wasn't late. Got there and the service guy didn't seem too enthused about helping me. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal. Thought maybe that since a big Denver dealer bought the dealership they would have a more professional operation with capable techs but apparently it's just a new name with the same people running it. Obviously would not recommend.
