My car got the valve replaced on one of my wheels due to a slow leak. Came back two months later with the same problem. I tried telling them they didn't put it on right or it was a quality issue. They refused to accept responsibility. Blamed the wheel for it. Not professional at all. Even after offering to pay for the cost of the part they refused to work with me. Used to come here all the time but with a business owner/manager who refuses to give a repeat customer the benefit of the doubt when the customer was willing to work with them is not right. They lost me as a customer. Go down to Whittier Blvd near Montebello crossing the bridge. Small tire shop. Offers better service for less. Edit: i took it to another shop and turns out they never replaced the valve. I was right. It wasn't the wheel. Makes me more disappointed. What kind of shady business says they do something and doesn't do it. And tries to dodge responsibility when the client might be right. read more

Hands down one of the best tire shops I've ever dealt with. Been coming here for years since I'm always hauling, buying and selling cars in this area. Prices are hella good and they are fast, accurate, friendly and very up front. Just a side note. I've always come here for Tire related issues. This past November I got a nail stuck in my Tire so I had to stop by. Ended up replacing two of my tires because they were balding and had an alignment done as well. 2 brand new tires for my 2018 Toyota IA came out to $190. I can't recall the price for the alignment but I want to say it fell between 60 and 100. To be honest I'm not too concerned about pricing...cars require maintenance and sometimes it's not cheap. It is what it is. However, I do care about the way I'm treated and these guys are always the absolute nicest. I don't feel stupid or taken advantage of (as other mechanics have made me feel). They're always kind, quick, and efficient. I have to especially highlight Luis and Isidro. These guys tend to assist me the most. They're both good at their jobs and have excellent customer service skills. I trust this establishment and couldn't see myself going elsewhere unless nenecessary. I unfortunately managed to get another nail stuck in my Tire today so I'm back here again! This time replacing my back tires since one was flat and the other is balding. I'm paying $65 per Tire. Again, could care less about price. What I care about is how fast Luis came up to help me and how Isidro stopped and greeted me even though he wasn't assisting me today. Side note: I was reading some of the lower rated reviews....1. These guys don't take advantage of you because you're a woman...I can obviously attest to that 2. Thanks to covid MANY businesses have had to raise prices...in case you haven't noticed. There are supply chain issues amongst other things. Stop dinging businesses on increased prices. They have to survive too. 3. They typically stick to their estimates...so maybe you misheard, OR it could be a language barrier? I called on the shop on Saturday right before they closed and the owner quoted me a price but said he couldn't do it until Monday because he was about to close. I had a 96 Toyota Camry I took it there for alignment years ago they did good work and I had to get the buggie new shoes since the tires I bought it with had been shredded through to the metal mesh due to some bad rear bearings. I drove up and talked with the boss man who I have dealt with previously and he was helpful then and it was the same now. I asked if they had my size tire in stock because alot of places don't sell tires for old bugs and I have wider rims than usual for a bug. I guess a previous owner of my car upgraded them at some point. So they ended up having my tires in stock. Four Goodyear tires mounted $320 out the door.
