I don't understand why they don't focus on clearing the simple fixes. Today I went for an oil change and went there right at opening. Tell me why it's been 3 hours and the car is still not ready when I am supposed to be 2nd in line for their "oil change mechanic". I want to stay loyal to this shop, but the wait is insane. Another 4-5 hour of wait for a 20 minute procedure. They need to get a manager that can streamline their processes. Another guy here came to patch his tire and he's also still waiting. He was ahead of me too. It used to be much much better with their time. Upon writing this. I finally for the car. Went there at 8am, and got my car from the oil change at 11:40 am.
