I got free tickets to watch Young Washington. Went to the concession stand, and immediately got bent over the counter by their prices. Those concession prices are insane. Double what you would spend at a Cinemark. I give this place 2 stars because the theater room was clean. I would recommend just about any movie theater in the area over this place.

Of the times I've watched a movie here, getting good seating and tickets wasn't an issue. Oh, and are you looking for that limited edition popcorn bucket? Chances are people haven't over inundated this location the night before to buy them all up so they can sell it on Ebay. I guess one of the negatives here is that it is smaller than the newer places so there's only 8 theaters here which means that movies will be more likely than not only shown in a single theater (less flexibility of start times or they may not have certain movies if a bunch are out at the time). Parking is also really easy here. There's a pretty sizeable lot and of the times I've visited, I've always found a spot no problem.

I called right away and asked them if they had seen it, they said they were cleaning the theater, but would look for it. Thankfully, it was brought to the concession stand in tact. Nothing was stolen, and for that I am deeply grateful. I will give them credit for their honesty. While not my typical style of theater, I can't knock the price. It gets the job done.

A total different experience from the IMAX theater. The floor was sticky and wet and we could see spilled drinks. It's like no one came to clean. To the owners, please make sure your employees are thoroughly cleaning after every screening in every theater. Hire more people if you have to. You guys can even set up a sign that says, "please try your best to clean up after yourselves" because I know people can be messy. My wife and I always make sure to clean up after ourselves.

The temperature inside was neither cold nor hot so didn't have to use my sweater. The downstairs bathroom needed repair, I think. The second floor one was much better. Will be back .

I had seen the first half of Wicked at home through streaming, so it was a treat to watch the second half in the theater. It was packed! All ages, everyone appreciative, with applause at the beginning and end. I chose a seat near the back because these theaters are much smaller than the more commercial AMC or Regal cinemas. Seating is not luxury recliner style, but comfortable enough. Staff at the Laemmle is friendly, and their concessions seemed decent, offering even some alcohol options.

The screen seemed huge compared to other indie theaters I've been to and the seats were comfortable. I would see more films here if I'm in town. I know they are always showing a lot of very cool indie films and limited releases. Parked at the parking structure down the street and walked over. Claremont is a very cool place to visit and Laemmle's is a great excuse to visit this town.

The movie was at 12:50 and we walked up to the concession stand and guess what I see!? Plastic cups for the large refillable size. I LOVE that! So immediately got a large Pepsi zero and the popcorn trays for the kids and got our tickets from Ernie. Ernie was friendly, welcoming and was very patient as I was trying to pick seats with the friend next to me. Got everything and went to enjoy our movie. Had a blast! Kids loved it, finished their popcorn trays and we left the theater. As I was leaving, you know I had to get my large refilled and Ernie was there again. He smiled at me and asked what I was drinking and he refilled my plastic large cup with no problems whatsoever. Had a great time, glad I came back and will definitely be back for more experiences. Not sure if you had anything to do with it Makayla, but thank you for listening and making adjustments.
