The movie was at 12:50 and we walked up to the concession stand and guess what I see!? Plastic cups for the large refillable size. I LOVE that! So immediately got a large Pepsi zero and the popcorn trays for the kids and got our tickets from Ernie. Ernie was friendly, welcoming and was very patient as I was trying to pick seats with the friend next to me. Got everything and went to enjoy our movie. Had a blast! Kids loved it, finished their popcorn trays and we left the theater. As I was leaving, you know I had to get my large refilled and Ernie was there again. He smiled at me and asked what I was drinking and he refilled my plastic large cup with no problems whatsoever. Had a great time, glad I came back and will definitely be back for more experiences. Not sure if you had anything to do with it Makayla, but thank you for listening and making adjustments. I appreciate you taking the Yelp feedback and actually seeing that you care about what your customers are saying is awesome. My cup didn't spill or leak through and had no issue refilling! I went to the concession stand to redeem my points and accidentally selected the wrong item. The team member assisting me was very helpful and polite, but we were both surprised to learn that correcting the mistake required a manager override. When the team member reached out for assistance, the manager did not take the time to understand the situation. The item I intended to redeem required the same number of points, yet she flatly stated that nothing could be done. Her attitude and approach were off-putting and unprofessional. Thankfully, the team member remained courteous and professional throughout the interaction otherwise, I would have canceled my entire order. In a time when prices are high, the way customers are treated matters. It can quickly make someone question whether the experience is worth their time and energy, or if they should just request a full refund. Yes, I was redeeming points but I was also purchasing additional items out of pocket. Management needs better training.

I finally convinced Austy to invest in a Regal Membership and Chris was a fantastic Asset to help guide us through the latest Membership Sign Up process! We appreciated how the Host who greeted us kindly at the entrance directed us to the Guests Services area to get assistance on how to enroll in the Membership Program, and how Chris noticed us immediately and walked over with the appropriate pace of professional urgency to help us complete the enrollment process as quick as possible so we wouldn't miss our Movie. Chris was dressed sharp and professionally and we loved his positive and welcoming attitude as well as his latest Favorite Movie recommendation Hoppers! He also offered to help us purchase our tickets in their Computer System to help us avoid the unnecessary Booking Fee through the phone app so we really appreciated his financially savvy assists too! Oscar helped assist us load up with delicious snacks and drinks at the Concessions stand and he added so many positive and fun humorously bouncy vibes as well! I love how my Regal Membership comes with endless perks like Free Popcorn and how there is an abundance of cold and refreshing fountain sodas to pair with it like my favorite Root Beer. And I believe this location has a legit IMAX (1.43:1 aspect ratio) screen. There's only a few of these screens in all of Southern California. So glad I woke up early went to the early showing where there were still quite a bit of available seats. Project Hail Mary is a movie that was meant to be seen on as big a screen as possible. The ordering process and the check-in process was easy. The people here are very very friendly.

I remember even when the AMC opened inside VG mall and it was the closest theater to us we would drive down to the Edwards because it was the gold standard for cinema. Now is there things that need to be worked on? probably but I can't speak to them because I haven't been inside the other non-IMAX formats here for a longgg time. I have also not interacted with the staff much or had any concessions.
