It had been about 4 years since the last seal coat and cracks and surface wear was showing. Daniel Sterio/owner/operator scoped out the work with me, negotiated the price and schedule. All work was done as per agreement in a professional and courteous manner. Daniel and Tim were the workers on the job, and they completed, cleaned up, and departed within 3 hours; they left the site in great shape. Daniel reviewed the work with me after completion to make sure that I was happy with the work. I asked Dan to check with me in 2-5 years for possible reseal coating or recrack seal and seal coating because I would hire them again.
