I reached out to Rainforce Irrigation hoping for a full inspection of our system and a plan to get it fixed. Raul responded quickly and came out the next day. After confirming that the design was not ideal, he gave a detailed and very reasonable cost to fix it. He even coordinated with another contractor friend to take out and reinstall part of our patio so he could run a larger water line. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that we are finally going to have a beautiful lawn this summer with sufficient water flow and all new sprinkler heads that actually cover our lawn!

How foolish since the pump started it just was not working properly. Two pumps later and it still is not operational. Ed finally told me I had a choice, keep the pump that did not work or refund my money. Nice business. Terrible people skills. My husband passed away from pancreatic cancer... I'm single mom with three kids, guess Ed thought I was a fooolish woman who knows nothing about running a house and he took full advantage of my situation.
