Been going to the Galloway Saladworks location for years but I'm never going again. The price vs. portion size for the salads just aren't worth it... ...especially when Celina's is in the same parking lot and offers a better value for their salads. Also, the young man who made my salad and wrang me up on Monday 9/9 around 7:45pm while the other employee was cleaning out the drink machines was clearly mad he was working and had customers to deal with. I'm not sure if he had a large cleaning list or something but I was the only person there, he didn't say hello or great me when I walked in, walked towards me, cleaned something else, and after about 90 seconds he finally greeted me and asked what I'd like. The portion sizes he gave me were pretty abysmal almost to the point that I was thinking he was just trying to keep the case looking full for the next morning or something. When I asked for just a little dressing mixed in he doused it, mixed it, and doused it again to an absurd amount. I didn't bother saying it was too much because the kid looked clearly like he didn't want to be there (which I get it, I've been there before, but come on - at least fake it). Then another couple got in line behind me, and the kid just sighed and looked PO-ed (note this was around 7:45pm and well before closing at 9). He threw his spatula onto the floor, not with all his force, but as he stormed to the back to get salad lids, the lady behind me look startled and said "wow he looks angry." And asked her husband if they should just go elsewhere. Honestly $14 wasn't worth it for the food or experience, and I won't be going back. Go to Celina's just 50 feet from the Saladworks for a better salad, or elsewhere imo. read more

Convenient saladworks location near the hospital and off of the main road. $11 for large salad and drink. Lettuce is fresh and so are ingredients. If they do not have fresh ingredients they do not put them out. For example, today they were out of fresh avocado. Always comes with their bread which is so good. Get the wheat bread, it's very flavorful! I like to get the make your own salad but they also have salads you can order that are paired together. Parking is sometimes annoying here but you will always get a spot, you just have to wait and be patient or walk a bit. read more

Used to come here often, but will not be returning after their grand re-opening, Nov 8, 2017. The prices were increased, making the price of soup $6.40 for not such a large container. Proteins for the salads are $1.89 each (chicken, ham, tuna, turkey). Dry toppings are an additional $.99 each (croutons, glazed pecans). All sandwiches start at $8.99. I think they got carried away with the prices after doing a minor renovation. If you get a small fountain drink and a salad, you'll be paying over $12. Too much for a small salad and drink. Add a small soup and you'll have to fork over nearly $16.00! read more

My first visit here today. The lettuce looked a bit dry and old. The salad itself I had was good. Served with a roll and butter for $11.29. Looking around I noticed the floor needed sweeping and the tables all needed wiping they were dirty. The salad prep area floor was a mess and the windows were dirty. The napkins all laid out messy on condiment counter and not in a holder. Didnt strike me as too clean. Might give it one more try. Hoping maybe they were just really busy before I arrived. I'm a huge fan of Saladworks. There is such a variety of toppings to choose from. I always get a custom salad and make my own. Everything always tastes really fresh there. This salad has iceberg and romaine lettuce, pasta, fresh mozzarella cheese, bacon, chicken, turkey, and ham with ranch dressing- a meat lover's paradise! The portions are huge and I love the dishes they come in. I really like how you get to pick 5 toppings with the custom salads and they don't charge extra for the proteins. I was very disappointed with Salad Works. They use to use everything fresh. Well the lettuce is no longer fresh. It was wilted and it is pre bagged. You can taste the chemicals they use to persevere the lettuce. Salad Works also use to have homemade croutons but now they come from a package. At that time the girl who put on my dressing rudely stated that it was the end of the week!
