I recommend making a reservation if you intend on partaking in the Hibachi experience. Each of our Hibachi grill selections were served with miso soup, salad, a few grilled shrimp, and two sauces. The miso soup was a tad muted in flavor and lukewarm but the ginger dressing on the salad was crisp and marvelous! The veggies were cut in the perfect size and cooked to perfection as were the noodles and rice. The meats could have used a bit more seasoning but were grilled to perfection. Driving in the back of the parking lot. That's when I discovered that maybe my vehicle needed more maintenance. That's how bumpy the parking lot is. The food was excellent. The service was excellent.
