I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment for my child. I am signed up for automated text messages from the scheduling software and get reminders 1 week, 3 days, and day of about all appointments. I am able to check-in on my phone at home to make sure all of my insurance and credit card information is up to date and to cut down on time spent in the waiting room. I have never had to wait to be seen for more than 15 minutes. I wish I was still a kid so I could be a patient here too!!

Like all of the other alternative doctors I have seen here, Dr. Jaffrey listens while I describe my reason for the appointment, asks questions to zero in on the most likely cause(s), explains the diagnosis to me in terms I can understand, and then prescribes what I need to do and any medications I may need. I chose a place that accepted my insurance, and was recommended by a lady at Beaumont. I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Eastman, and was pleasantly surprised! He was telling corny jokes, and was super personable to my son, who is exceptionally anxious about doctor's appointments. He answered all of my questions, and the the support staff was amazing as well. I feel like we have made a solid choice in choosing this facility, and I know better than to read Yelp! reviews and take them too much to heart. My fiance is a chef and runs a restaurant...these things are not always the most honest ways to find out information. I say, make your own decisions and base your opinions off from those.
