Dr. Alsahlani helped support my clinic from almost 4,000 miles away during the peak of COVID. She was able to secure N-95 masks when I was still unable to get them to my clinic in Alaska. She was quick to offer to help and shipped them to me. I was forever grateful. While not a clinic patient of hers myself, if I lived in the area, I would definitely trust her to care for my children. read more

We love Serenity! As a first-time mom, I was looking for an office that would do all they could to ensure my kids received the best care possible and are safe and healthy. That is EXACTLY what they do! The staff are friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. All of my questions are answered, and fears/worries are calmed. I can call to speak to a nurse and hear back from them within 24-48 hours. The receptionists are happy and helpful (within their scope! If they don't know an answer, they find out for me). I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment for my child. I am signed up for automated text messages from the scheduling software and get reminders 1 week, 3 days, and day of about all appointments. I am able to check-in on my phone at home to make sure all of my insurance and credit card information is up to date and to cut down on time spent in the waiting room. I have never had to wait to be seen for more than 15 minutes. I wish I was still a kid so I could be a patient here too!! read more

Serenity Pediatric was good until it wasn't. Effective June 1, 2025, Serenity Pediatric updated their vaccine policy that requires all patients to be vaccinated, which caused many established patients to be kicked out and discrimated against due to their vaccinations statuses, refused new patients that were not in compliance, which in turn denied care to many families due to vaccinations statuses despite if the reasoning was for a reaction to a vaccine, safety concerns, and religious reasons. Children appointments were being canceled the day of appointments, and turned away if they came to the appointment that was not canceled due to error. Advanced notice was not given to many, and didn't find out until appointment time. It seems a bit unethical to deny care to patients due to their vaccinations statuses leaving families without care for their children. Though it could come off as a bit segregated, but it would be a bit more understanding if they made a certain area for nonvaccinated, undervaccinated/ delayed schedule, patients only, sick kid area, and vaccinated kids only, and immunocompromised kids. Which would seem immunocompromised kids shouldn't be around anyone vaccinated or not, because vaccinated kids can still get sick, may not be as severe, but they can still be contagious as well. I know that sounds like a lot, but out right denying care just seems wrong on all levels as if children doesn't deserve care because of their vaccinations statuses. Seems like a better solution could be made by practices that denies care to children, if they truly care for ALL children and not just some children. Just to be clear, the safety of the community and children are very important, but I believe ALL children deserve care, because just like the immunocompromised, their are children who have had reactions to these said vaccines, so because of that they are to be denied care. There are safety concerns on all fronts. Just would like for there to be a better way instead of parents feeling bullied and forced into compliance even if some of the parents have genuine concerns for safety of their child, or the parents that have attempted to be in compliance but realized the vaccine was not a good choice for their child out of safety concern,or reaction, or even some of the ingredients that are in them going into their child's bloodstream. It is truly sad that if parents has genuine concerns or questions they get frowned upon. It is my hope that every child, every person, would have the opportunity to receive care when needed. read more

Would not recommend. Repeatedly tried to put my son on an antibiotic for an ear infection that he previously had a severe systemic reaction to. This was noted and should have been well known by the provider. He also very clearly had some gut issues due to the antibiotic use for ear infections and they disregarded. They just said that it should pass in time. He then also had some skin bumps that they said would never be due to food sensitivities and that his skin is "just like that" ... we have been elsewhere and our new doctor cleared up the "just like that" skin condition with finding his food sensitivities. They just follow the same old.. no thinking outside of the box or interested in learning more about the mind/body/gut connection. Another robot 'health' system practice. We've been patients at Serenity Pediatrics for over two years. I initially chose this practice because they presented themselves as open-minded and supportive of parents focused on wellness and informed choices--not just defaulting to routine vaccination schedules. Unfortunately, that initial impression has completely unraveled. Recently, we were given a dismissal notice because we chose not to vaccinate, despite having a valid religious exemption and having made our decisions based on thorough research, personal family history of adverse reactions, and medical considerations like the MTHFR gene mutation--which this practice refused to test for, despite our repeated requests. This gene can affect how the body detoxifies, which is especially relevant when discussing vaccinations. That concern was completely brushed off. It's incredibly disappointing to see that what used to be called "wellness visits" are now little more than vaccine appointments. There's no real interest in the overall health of the child--just pressure to comply. My daughter, now six and a half, has never been on antibiotics and is thriving. Yet we were treated as if our choice to support her health naturally somehow made us a threat. Only after requesting our legal right to continued care for 90 days under state law did they extend services--though it was clear it was done begrudgingly. This practice has shown that it does not truly care about the wellness of children, only about policies, billing, and what seems like performance metrics or bonuses related to vaccine compliance. For any parents hoping to find a provider who will truly partner with you in holistic child wellness, I urge you to look elsewhere. I leave this review not out of anger, but from deep disappointment and concern for other families who may walk in expecting compassion and instead be met with judgment and exclusion. read more

I don't normally do something like this but I would like to bring awareness to what happened. Yesterday, I was very upset from my kids pediatrician's office. My son's wellness visit was just made two weeks ago for Friday's appointment. I received a text message reminder yesterday for Friday's visit. Well, yesterday I calleHannan Alsahlanitrics (which I loved and my kids were there since birth) Hannan Alsahlani's office and requested a sick visit for yesterday because my son had a fever of 102. He was complaining of symptoms and when I called I requested to be seen, I was left on hold for 30 mins. I hung up and tried again 20 mins, when I called back, I told her you left me on hold for 30 minutes and her reply to me was "oh yes, you have to talk to Stacy". I thought to myself why would I need to talk to the office manager for a sick visit? That's unusual. Stacy gets on the phone and says "Hi Mrs. Samona, in order for my son to be seen on Friday, he needs to be up-to-date on all of his vaccines and if you wish to do so, they all have to be done by Friday, we now only accept patients that's are vaccinated". Now, please no judgement I chose not to vaccinate my kids. As a mom with a sick, kid with a fever of 102 I thought to myself is this really happening right now? This has to be a joke. Then she carried on by saying we've sent out emails starting June 1. I sat in the car for an hour and a half looking back at my emails not single one email did I receive from serenity pediatrics stating that I don't know what the start date is, but they will no longer be able to see my kids. (Now mind you, this is an office that has lost documents that I've sent for a verification for OT evaluations for school, medical forms that needed to be filled out, prescribing wrong Epi-Pens, and medicine forms for school! Every year I've have to send two or three copies until it finally gets done and I have to go physically pick it up or wait on the phone with them until it's uploaded on the portal). I was so upset that I hung up. I then called back requesting my kids medical records and during that second phone call Stacy says well there has been signs all over the office, mind you I have not been in the office since February for my daughter's wellness visit and one other time when my kids had a hand foot and mouth over the summer. Why would this Office accept my appointment two weeks ago for my son's wellness visit if you are no longer seeing patients they're not being vaccinated. Now, I am not upset because as an office they made this decision. I'm upset as how they handle the situation!!!!!! I didn't get a letter in the mail nor did I get an email stating this. You guys should've had a checklist of who is still there that has not vaccinated and personally reached out to these families or mailed a letter!!!!! As a doctors office, I expected better care for children to refuse a patient with a fever unless he's fully vaccinated within 48 hours, I'm appalled! Dr. Alsahlani, my son has been your patient for 8 years and my daughter for 5 years and I would thought they would receive better care because we've been there since you opened and my kids were comfortable with your familiar faces; or at least until I would find another pediatric office. I'm extremely disappointed because I was eager for Friday's appointment cause I wanted to talk to you about some changes with my son, and I was so excited to see you since I haven't seen you in so long. Sidenote, I didn't expect to receive special attention since you were friends with my mom, but I thought you would've done better as a physician owning this practice training your staff to not do this to a child two days before a wellness visit to inform a parent that child is no longer welcome at your practice especially when hes sick! When I called back the second time they told me they wanted to charge me for printing all of my kids medical records. When I asked Stacy, why did you take the appointment two weeks ago if this was your new office policy? Her reply was " I'm sorry the staff at the front desk does not know who's been vaccinated or not vaccinated when scheduling appointments". They need date of birth when you schedule the appointment, how do you not know?! Attention Parents whoever goes to Serenity Pediatrics, an office like this should not do this to any parents or children!!!! my son said to me, "mommy, why can't we go back there? I like the doctors, the colorful chairs and the fish tank". For you to trust a place with your child from birth and then for them to do this to you is unhuman!!!!!! read more

I mistakenly thought my daughter's 6-month appointment was for 11:45, but it was actually for 11:15, so we arrived almost 25 minutes late. That's on me. I completely understand if a doctor can't squeeze someone in when they're late -- that's reasonable. What I found frustrating, though, is that in all the times we've been to Serenity Pediatrics, we've never been taken back on time, and today, the lobby was empty the entire time we were there (15+ minutes). What really disappointed us most was the receptionist's attitude. She was extremely passive-aggressive throughout the interaction. When I mentioned that rescheduling would be unfortunate because we live far away, she looked up our address and replied, "Oh, that's not that far." Then, when I wrote down the name of the new practice we'd be switching to on the forms she provided, she smirked and said, "We're very familiar with them -- a lot of their patients switch to us." We've been with this practice for more than two years, and while the care itself has been fine, customer service goes a long way with me -- especially when you're dealing with families and young children. I wasn't asking to be seen -- I was already apologetic and prepared to leave -- but her attitude made an already uncomfortable situation feel worse. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There are a ton of great resources for after hours that enable new parents to make informed decisions about care 24 hours a day and over the weekend. We've always been able to get nurse appointments at our convenience in order to stagger our vaccination schedule and we get regular reminders to schedule our wellness visits. All of the pediatricians that have interacted with my daughters have been thorough and kind. My daughters are very comfortable getting care here and the staff's attention to detail the pediatricians providing care are committed to science and best practice for public health. read more

The nurse informed me that I would not receive a call back on the current holiday weekend. Understanding the circumstances, I reassured her that I wasn't in a rush and kindly requested that Dr. Casterline reach out to me at her convenience. Several hours later, I received a call from the front office staff at Serenity Pediatrics. They insisted that I schedule an in-person appointment in order to have a conversation with the doctor. This demand appeared excessive and inconvenient, particularly given the straightforward nature of my inquiry. To my dismay, the staff member on the phone reiterated the need for an appointment, disregarding the simplicity of my query and the fact that it could have been addressed over the phone. As a parent, it is crucial to have a reliable and responsive healthcare provider who can promptly address concerns and provide guidance. Unfortunately, Serenity Pediatrics failed to meet these expectations. The lack of willingness to accommodate a simple request for information and the dismissive attitude towards my concerns were disheartening. Pediatric offices should recognize that parents often have questions and concerns that arise outside of scheduled appointments. A compassionate and patient-centered approach should be the cornerstone of their practice, as it fosters trust and confidence in the medical care provided. Until recently, Serenity was one of the top pediatricians in the area. Bloom being another, FYI! Unfortunately, one of their doctors left to start his own clinic and the staff today isn't nearly as friendly or knowledgeable. In addition to the staffing concerns, their wait times have drastically increased and whether you're in the waiting area or in the back room waiting - you're still waiting. Another downside is their flexibility with immunizations have changed - they're pushy and judgmental. read more

It's obvious we LOVE this place. From the amazing rooms each decorated differently, to each person at the front desk (hey ladies !!), the awesome nurses (Kelsey either likes us a lot or just gets lucky), to the awesome doctors! We've almost seen every doctor due to some issues with my daughter at birth, each doctor has been awesome and treated us just like family! My son is 2.5 and my daughter just turned 1. You can see in the pictures how kick my baby girl loves this place and particularly the outer space room :-) One of the biggest comforts for me is knowing that I can always reach someone even with the office is closed! For that I'm very thankful. Also, I love that someone actually answers the phone. Seriously we Love this place and I recommend any and every day !! read more

Absolutely terrible. This place is a collection of "doctors" that have no real experience dealing with anything more life threatening than a cold. They are lazy and don't want to order tests. I've been coming here for a year, since I had my baby, and really like the providers. All the doctors are wonderful and thorough. I can't say the same about office management and because of that I'm forced to switch providers. The providers are not worth not knowing if I'm going to be turned away because office management can't get a grip on their faulty system! The way they've handled my situation is extremely distasteful and disgraceful. The well being of my child was not considered, as I was told they had to cancel my appointment on the spot while I was already there unless I could provide a credit card... for the fifth or sixth time. We were treated like dirt because THEIR system kept failing, which made me uncomfortable to keep handing out my credit card number. Within the last year they have called me several times and asked me at several visits for a new credit card to put on file because their system kept glitching and removing our info. I obliged four, maybe five times. Eventually I said I'm just not comfortable with constantly being asked and giving out my card info this many times, it was getting ridiculous. Everything was fine. I always paid my copays if there was one, I paid for lab work right away, I never had a balance. I had my child's one year visit, and scheduled to break up his vaccines and come back in two weeks for a nurse visit just for a vaccine. This is not an exam, and has been outlined to be covered under our annual insurance plan. There is no copay or visit fee involved. I come back two weeks later, sign in, and then get asked for my credit card information... again. I explained that I'm uneasy because I've given it at least 4 times within the year already. I offered and asked for other solutions and the staff member went to the back and came out saying that the office manager said that if I do not give them another credit card that they have to cancel my appointment. I was stunned and asked why THIS appointment when it's already covered and there isn't a fee. They said they have to have a card on file or else I can not come in. This is the day after a snow storm, I took my child out and drove in that weather to basically be kicked out. When I got home I called and asked for the persons name who said I would have to leave if I didn't give my credit card and they refused to give me a name. They actually said they won't tell me the name of the office manager because I said I will be complaining anywhere I can. My response is, if you're going to stand firm in making a call then put your name on that decision if you're so confident about it. They didn't want to give out their names because they weren't sure that what they did was right.... Making me leave after driving in that weather for a vaccine that's already been covered. I'm worried if I was there with a sick child they would turn him away.... Again, because of THEIR system glitching, NOT because I didn't do my part. It makes me uneasy about the offices decisions that affect the well being of my child. We've been going to Serenity for years, and they continually amaze us with their top-notch care, specifically tailored to the needs and wants of each family. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from the minute we walk into the door, to the tender way in which the providers care for our children. After multiple negative experiences over the past year with Serenity Pediatrics, we are switching to a different pediatric practice as I do not feel that this practice provides patient-centered care. As iterated by other reviewers, each experience with Serenity had progressively gotten worse. More than once during our time as a patient here, I have called requesting a call back from a nurse or doctor, and never received one. Another reoccurring issue we experienced was that the in-office wait times kept becoming longer and longer, and the actually visit with a doctor was short and felt extremely rushed - even though each time we had been waiting for 1 hour + with my child in nothing but a diaper. There were a few other bumps in the road with Serenity, but the tipping point for me came today. I called Serenity to make the 12 month well appointment as my son turned 1 in March and was told by the front desk that my son could not be seen until the end of May.. Whomever I spoke to on the phone stated "most patients make their next appointment at the end of their previous one", which caused me to feel I was being blamed that my child could not/would not be seen. This is the responsibility of the practice to provide parents, especially first time parents, with information about well visits and schedule vaccinations in an appropriate timeline. I found out through a friend, not my pediatrician or their practice, that my child needed to have a 12 month well visit and receive vaccinations at this time. It falls on the practice to make patients aware of these appointments, and the office should have scheduled our appointment for my child the last time we were in the office before we left, or called between then and his birthday, but nothing had been said to me upon checking out nor since. I let the woman I was speaking with know we are going out of the country prior to the end of May, and was hoping in addition to the well visit to be seen for any vaccinations my child may need to go out of the country, but she said there was nothing they could do. Her reasoning for this was because "there was a big baby boom this year" so all the well visits were booked out for several months. I found this a bit outrageous as we have been an existing patient for the past year, and I would hope our pediatrician and their practice would understand the importance of getting vaccinations in an appropriate timeline for existing patients, especially when the child is going out of the country. I made mention of finding a new pediatrician if nothing could be done and informing her I would be leaving a review of my experience prior to my call being ended. Ironically, within the next half hour I was given a call back and told I could bring my son in for a same-day appointment. By then, I had already been in contact with a new pediatric office who showed a lot of empathy about my situation and had already scheduled us for a visit. I truly hope Serenity can fix the major problems they have within their practice so children can receive the patient-centered care that they each deserve. read more

The staff here is insanely rude. Truly disgusted. This is 4 times now and this time im extremely annoyed. My son had a doctors appointment and he went to go sit on the bench and accidentally bumped his head against the wall- pretty badly there were four receptionist sitting at the front desk and not one person got up to ask if he was OK while I was struggling with my 13-month-old holding him and trying to console my three-year-old. Not one asked me if he needs an ice pack or if they could help me with the 13 month old. Instead they stopped and just stared at me as if they've never seen a mom struggling or a toddler crying. Its a PEDS OFFICE!!!!! Have some sympathy, have a heart. Get up and WORK! I had to schedule a follow up after that appt per dr request. So i called to schedule it for Saturday bc my sons cough got worse and i work so saturday is the only day i could do... they said u have to make the appt on Saturday morning... i said what? What if i dont get in? They said you will! Thats how it works for Saturday mornings. So i called right now to schedule it and the nurse said sorry we save these appts for newborns or super sick kids??? We work 8-12 - (4 hour shift) for a peds office???! Terrible staff always rude and grouchy over the phone very unpleasant and ready to make the switch. The physicians are super sweet sucks that they have horrible staff. What a wonderful practice. I am so glad we found Dr. Alsahlani and Serenity Pediatrics. The practice is brand new, modern and beautiful. The waiting room has a huge fish tank and a bright and colorful seating area. There is a sick and well area as well as a newborn waiting area (which I think is a very nice touch). Every exam room is super clean and has a different theme. We were recently in the monkey room (monkeys hanging from the ceiling) but I heard there is going to be a Harry Potter room soon (which my daughter was super excited about). Everyone we encountered was so nice and welcoming. Both of my children had to get blood draws (ugh). My previous pediatrician would have referred them to the hospital. I love that they have a lab and tech on site that can draw blood. So...blood draws in kids. Not fun. But the nurse that helped us was amazing. SO patient and so quick. I cannot give her enough praise. Dr Alsahlani is amazing. She is so sweet and kind. My kids loved her. She took her time with us and we never felt rushed. She also spent extra time to talk to my girls about their bodies and I loved that she talked to them instead of talking to us. Bonus: she has an awesome treasure chest which my children were obsessed with I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I am so glad that we switched. So the paint is dry, the staff is more in place. Things are now a well oiled machine. Last year it was a little hairy but the people were nice and they gave me my kids vaccination records via email. Mind. Blown. This year we went back for the well visits. They've added several doctors, lots of staff, and operate like a bustling drs office. The staff is good with kids, as you'd expect, but they're good with parents too. Its like they took all the dumb stuff from other offices, the rude staff, dumb rules (leave a message and we'll call you back, or not. You can pick up lab results in 2 business days between 2-3pm - i swear that was a rule at our old pediatrician...) all the junk i can't stand about standard drs offices and left it at the door. They have a blood lab on the premises (this shouldn't be another mind blown situation, but our last office forced us to a dingy lab in the basement. In another building.) A great toy box and stickers. Oh, and guess what, the doctors are great! Finally, someone gets it. read more

After about a year with Serenity, we're moving on to a different practice. I heard GREAT things about this practice and Dr. Alsahlani, but we were never able to schedule an appointment with her. We did like one of the doctors we saw, Dr. Cohen, who provided practical, reasonable treatment and advice, but our multiple experiences with Dr. Rice were negative and I was NOT impressed. On top of that, waits were always long -- easily waiting 45 minutes or so after our appointment time until we saw a physician. The main concerns that lead to us to switch were entirely related to how the practice is run. The office and nursing staff gave us the runaround quite a few times, and as working parents, my husband and I don't appreciate making multiple calls to an office about the same issues. First, it was billing -- we could never get a straight answer about what was owed and why. When I called to check on why we kept getting emails saying we owed $90 when I never received any bill, they told me to check the patient portal which wasn't helpful at all. When we finally got that resolved, we then had issues getting my son's physical form returned to us. It took nearly four weeks and several phone calls and emails from the day we dropped it off until we got it back. The last straw was when I called about getting a flu shot for my son -- they said I was number 50 on their waitlist in early September and I'd get a call when we were near the top so we could come in. No call ever came, and when I called to check on it, they said I was never on any waitlist and it would be weeks to months until one was available for my son. That is simply unacceptable for a pediatrician's office. We ended up going to the health department to get one for my son. Overall, Serenity may look pretty and have excellent doctors, but the patient experience for us was poor. read more

I cannot say enough about how much I love Serenity Pediatrics for my new born son. From the moment I stepped in, I have felt nothing but kindness and smiles. From the adorable themed room decorations to the incredibly kind staff, I genuinely love bringing my son there. Dr. Pollack has seen him a handful of times and I love her so much. She is so gentle and kind and I feel so safe and confident with her skills. She manages to ease any sort of anxiety and answer any questions I have as a new mother. They also have an easy to use app where you can send in questions and within a few hours, a nurse will call you. I have used the app a lot (even with the silliest of questions) and each time, the nurse answered me and reassured me with whatever my questions are. Cannot recommend them enough! read more

I can't begin to tell you how amazing this place is! Dr.Alsahlani went over and beyond with her clinic and for her patients. She even has a private waiting room for newborns, who thinks of that? It's an absolute honor to have her as my children's doctor, she also has an impressive background and most of all, she's a mom and she gets it. I absolutely love her and her staff, they make you feel at home and always go out of their way for your comfort. If you're lucky enough to meet Sarah who works in the back, you'll have a friend for a life at that place. read more

I agree with the previous negative review: this office was great when Dr. Alsahlani was available. She now shows up about twice a week, and I think this office is getting worse and worse as a result. The good: 1. The doctors and nurses we saw so far are very nice, including Dr A. herself and Dr. Douchan. 2. They usually allow to wait in the room you will be seen at where you can breastfeed and have privacy. The bad: 1. Dr. Alsahlani became impossible to schedule with. There were specific questions she promised to discuss with my family, and that is not doable anymore. 2. The wait is extremely long. I understand and appreciate they are being thorough with every patient, but once we had to wait for an hour, and the baby was teething and cranky, and got extremely tired in the end (hence a tip, btw: take toys or books to entertain your child while waiting). 3. Last appointment we had was mis-scheduled - I took time off work, took the teething baby for a 30-min drive, only to find out they scheduled us for Friday instead of Thursday - which is impossible, as I have work meetings every Friday (another tip: make sure they send you a confirmation of your appointment, they don't always do that). 4. Rescheduling with them due to baby being unwell or any other problems always pushes us about a month late. They might be taking more patients than they can handle. read more

I found Serenity Pediatrics last year a few months before my daughter was born which was in March. They were newer and so didn't have an abundance of staff just yet. I was absolutely in love with them. Everyone was always kind and very helpful. I especially loved Dr. A, who owns the practice, because she helped me through my first time mom jitters. As time has gone on, they've gotten more staff which is great but the care and concern isn't the same so much so that I'm changing pediatricians. 1. I rarely see Dr. A anymore. I'm sure it's because she is so busy which I understand. But that leaves me to the newer doctors. While I'm sure they are all competent, there's been two specific incidents where my child was misdiagnosed and it ended up being something bigger. a. My daughter was very sluggish which is unlike her and had a high fever. We took her in and they wrote it off as a virus that needed to work its way out. Days later she was getting worse. I took her to emergency and it turned out she had a UTI that turned into a kidney infection. I was really upset and obviously scared for her. All the doctors office did was check for strep. I feel like they could have done more in order to rule out everything. b. My daughter had a very persistent cough but it wasn't slowing her down. When we went in for her well check I mentioned it. They wrote it off as allergies and told me to give her Zyrtec. That wasn't working so I took her to emergency again. The doctors at the hospital listened to her chest, lungs, etc. and said that her right side sounded different than the left. Turns out she had a little pneumonia in her right lung. In both cases, had Serenity Pediatrics just dug a little deeper I feel as though they could have come to the same conclusions. I understand doctor offices can't run all the tests like hospitals can but they can at least refer me to the hospital they are affiliated with if they feel/hear something is off and they don't have the resources to handle it at their office. 2. There was another incident when my daughter wasn't feeling well and they asked me to bring in a sample of her bowels. I did so and they dismissed it when I got there. That was a lot of poop collected and wasn't fun putting it together. For them to say they didn't need it when I got there pissed me off. Don't get me wrong, I really do think everyone is nice. I just can't give them another chance to play a guessing game over my daughters health. read more

I love this practice from the nurses and drs down to the front desk staff‼ All of these ladies are truly pleasant EVERY time we come in (which is often). I have 6 kids in the practice and even the kids dont mind going. They love the themed rooms and being able to get a sucker and prize from the toy chest after visits. read more

I was sold on this practice after calling nearly every single one in the area. What was sold and what is are 2 different experiences. Let's start with well visits. We were guaranteed cultural accommodation. We get there and the doctor acted confused. Like she never opened my child's file before coming I to the room. Next, we were the first appointment and the physician was LATE every single time and I mean 45 minutes late. How can you be late to the first appointment? The front desk is nice but unorganized. Different answer every time you call. Scheduling a sick visit? Please come in 3 days later. What's the point? read more

Dr. Alsahlani is seriously the best pediatrician I have ever come across. I wish we would have found her when my daughter was born two years ago, but at least we found her now. The practice is super new and modern, and filled with light. There are sick and well areas, along with a newborn waiting room. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. We were walked into one of the exam rooms by a very friendly staff member, Lala I think her name was, she took notes, did the initial exam, and she also did my son's shots. She was super gentle and quick with the shots, and friendly and knowledgeable with everything else. Any parents out there know that vaccinations are the WORST part of doctor's appointments, so for this to be so easy was a relief. Dr Alsahlani was just great. We had a ton of questions and she was patient and so knowledgeable. She took a lot of time with us, examined him very thoroughly and gave quite a few tips for help with our concerns about him sleeping, his skin, etc. My husband and I were so impressed, it was literally the best doctor's visit ever. I just hope they don't get too booked up when other parents realize how amazing this place is. read more

The most amazing office I have ever been to! All the doctors are great but Dr. Alsolani is so so so sweet, loving, professional and really cares about you and your family. All 3 of my kids were sick and she came into work on a Saturday morning just to see us. I highly recommend this practice its clean and the facility is gorgeous. read more

Nice clean office but will be looking for a different office from now on as the wait times have consistently been 45 min to 1 he by the time you the doctor comes in. Even longer when shots are done. My last appt I was there for 2 hrs total. My first 4 appts were also scheduled for me due to limited availability or something? They would tell me when my next appt would be...and there were no other choices. Not great for when you have a limited schedule. read more

Super long waiting for the doctor in the exam room. Overcharge for services and do not tell you sport psychical are not covered. Do not go!

There is no other rating besides a 5....if I could give a 10 I would! Dr Alsahlani is amazing--the best pediatric doctor I have ever seen with any child. They really go above and beyond at this practice to make it kid friendly- a cool fish tank in the waiting room that kids love, a different theme to every room, a toy they can pick out from the toy chest at every visit. Just a beautiful clean and modern office. The front desk staff has always been extremely courteous and friendly and so are the nurses. As for the doctors- I can't say enough good things about Dr Alsahani and Dr Johanides. They listen without interrupting and never make you feel like you're just a paranoid parent (because of course you are). They are also never rushed in the time they spend with you. So yes I have waited a while before, and I will gladly do so. I have also had very short wait times here before. It all depends on the patients and what's happening that day as with any doctors office out there. The only reason i took one star off is Dr Rice. We saw her for a sick visit when my toddler was complaining of it hurting when she peed, and I felt like she essentially fat-shamed my toddler. She is 3 and a half, 39lbs and 39inches tall, so she is in the 90th percentiles for height and weight but completely proportionate, wears 3T clothes, not fat in any way. We spent most of this visit talking about her weight and diet and exercise instead of her potential UTI symptoms. I myself am slightly overweight, by no means obese, but I felt if I was a skinny person with the same child I would not be getting this lecture.. And most importantly we weren't there to talk about her weight. I left that visit not feeling good. I'd see this doctor again only if I had to for a sick visit. But overall it's a great practice and I would recommend it to anyone. read more

Great reception and waiting area for children to stay entertained (just take a look at the pictures.) Most of the walls were covered with entertaining images for children to stay sane. We got to use the superhero room. Staff was warm and friendly. Coffee available for tired parents. The pediatrician my child saw was very kind, patient and professional. Would recommend this clinic to anyone. Added bonus that they were very organized. We had the first appointment of the day 10am, and very little wait. The only negative might be that a left turn into the clinic's parking lot from Long Lake can be a bit precarious, but really that has nothing to do with the clinic itself. read more
